Easy to use!
Comments: We used Mitel for 2 years, the length of our contract with them. We sometimes experienced outages but overall it worked for intercompany communication along with outside communication.
Pros:
I liked how easy the Mitel phone system was to use. I could save favorites to appear on my home screen and call them with a click of a button. It was also easy to search the directory or access your voicemail.
Cons:
It didn't have as many features as other systems. For example, my new system shows when I have a meeting scheduled on my calendar on the home screen. Mitel is very basic in what features it offers.
Excellent legacy solution for the mid market customers not willing to evolve to cloud
Comments: I recommend Mitel IP solutions to Mitel clients that are not moving to cloud.
Pros:
This is an excellent legacy product that is reliable and has the features an on-premises legacy customer needs before they migrate to a cloud solution
Cons:
I would evaluate the corporate longevity and financial issues before investing further into this legacy product that is declining in sales against cloud solutions.
