Artists think outside the square, and so do Entrepreneurs!

Comments: They believe in their clients and attend to all our needs, comments and requests. They offer EXCELLENT customer service and the team shows an enormous passion and dedication to their product. I too believe in it! That's why we were quick to jump on board and benefit from SupporterHub's power!

Pros:

Following a donor's journey from his first interaction with our Pink Cross brand to his/her regular engagement with our newsletters and campaign to hook them to the value of our cause is what is so powerful about this magical portal. The world is our door now!

Cons:

No need to complete a Master's in IT when you use this portal. There is a lot to learn when beginning. When you've watched all training videos and get to practical work, powerful features are unleashed . The learning curve is steep. Worth it though.

Comments: Our experience has been excellent. Simple to use, does not require sophisticated administration like some other CRM products, appropriately sized and capable for our organisation, great ongoing support.

Pros:

Easy to implement; easy to use; easy to customise; strong reporting capabilities; many standard templates; great after-sales support

Cons:

We would like the ability to track individual communications, such as emails, by contact, rather than as part of a "project" or "campaign"

Comments: Overall supporter hub is very useful for our fundraising needs, we will continue to use the product.

Pros:

It’s great to be able to access very commonly use products like raffles and ticketed events. These items can be accessed immediately.

Cons:

Products are quite rigid. It’s currently not linked with Xero. It would be preferable if invoice receipts could be more detailed, so was when documenting and claiming GST. there are a few field When creating events, that could be more flexible or have more options.

Comments: SupporterHub is empowering our organisation to expand our fundraising strategy to engage with donors and develop sustainable financial growth to achieve more for our communities and provides tools to quickly try and deploy new approaches.

Pros:

SupporterHub is priced effectively for medium-sized organisations in the not-for-profit sector to bring various software tools together in one place and strategically develop a pool of donors to engage with donors and grow fundraising results consistently over time. It makes delivering innovative fundraising ideas much simpler and the support team is readily available to provide advice.

Cons:

The newsletter creation tool is not as streamlined as some others, taking time to adapt to, with some frustration on first use, but it is worth overcoming these challenges for the broader benefits of the package to streamline fundraising efforts.

Pros:

SupporterHub functions well as our NFP CRM management tool. We use the platform to contain and communicate with our constituents, and to support marketing promotions and events.

Cons:

There's always room for improvement with design features and integration tools.

Comments: Overall experience has been great so far, some functions I am yet to use for eg: Raffle pages and memberships etc. More training required on my behalf.

Pros:

User friendly. Customer service is brilliant and efficient.

Cons:

Importing lists and flags. Not confident that I am flagging the supporters efficiently to best manage the data.

Comments: Really positive and is like having an extra employee or two who understands our business model!

Pros:

Since day one we have had a great relationship with Supporterhub. Their training was great. Their belief in our idea and customising solutions. Training for the whole team. And a great working relationship with their payment provider Payrix who are super professional and easy to work with.

Cons:

Safari doesn't allow the CRM for email management, but Chrome does. So it just means I have to switch browsers sometimes.

Good for a small size NFP

Comments: The team has been as helpful as they can with the software. We will continue to use it in the future, particularly with all the new advances in the works.

Pros:

The donation, appeal and event pages make it super easy to create online fundraising platforms.

Cons:

That there is no way to create lists for a mailing list, only one seven enter mailing list that if someone unsubscribes from, they are unable to be emailed from a different list (events, newsletters, etc). This makes it hard when some people want to hear about events but not get newsletter. Also that there is no way to download a digital form in a format that is a PDF that has it all filled out (users answers under the question) like it is displayed when they fill it out.

Brilliant Customer Support

Comments: SupporterHub not only provided live and recorded training sessions that explained things really well, but Fuchsia made time to review items and explain things I hadn't had time to get my head around and promptly researched any questions. She could explain things in simple language and find work arounds when there were a few things the system didn't do.

Pros:

Their brilliant customer support helped me when I was thrown in the deep end. I had two events to organise with limited time after starting a new job. I had not used a CRM directly for years as was more at the strategic planning end of projects previously so had to implement things and learn fast. They even proactively offered help at crucial times.

Cons:

I'm not a tech wiz so find some of the answers from the tech support team hard to understand - so appreciate being able to ask Fuchsia for a translation! A bit frustrating they we can't auto generate mailing labels from the supporter list.

Good software

Comments: I've found that I can do everything I want to do in one place. I like being able to do that rather than try and get everything done for one project through multiple channels.

Pros:

For someone who is very IT illiterate, I've been able to find it mostly user friendly.

Cons:

Setting up the payment system was a nightmare

Review of SupporterHub as it applies to our Organisation

Comments: We now use it for most of our financial management, for fundraising activities and for customer management. All of these aspects work beautifully for us.

Pros:

This is the first such platform I have used despite administering a non-profit organisation for twelve years. I find it easy to use, and after the various aspects are explained, comprehensive in what it offers me as the principal administrator of our Foundation.

Cons:

Initially I was confused and ignorant of the many aspects of the platform, but with guidance from the staff I now use it for most aspects of our Foundation

Great all-in-one CRM/ Donation/ Campaign Platform

Comments: Fantastic team and we are happy the product is Australian and we can access real people in real time.

Pros:

It was relatively easy to set up and we had great support from the local team. The fact you can run your donation, appeal, raffle, auction, email and peer to peer integrated with a CRM is great for a smaller fundraising team. Definitely value for money.

Cons:

We started on the platform as it's been developing. So doesn't have all the slick features and options of one of the longer standing products. We are happy that SupporterHub take on board our feedback and constantly roll out updates and new features.

What a great platform

Comments: Supporter Hub has helped us streamline our fundraising and communication to our supporters.

Pros:

We love the options to host and run fundraising campaigns. Raffles appeals, events, auctions and donation pages have really helped our organisation. Intergrating the software was relatively easy.

Cons:

Payments into our bank account can be hard to track particularly when GST product payments are combined with GST free donations.

Pros:

Fundraising, events, peer-to-peer with SMS and email communications in the one software is fantastic and a huge timesaver. Support is great and responsive to feature suggestions with new features rolling out often.

Cons:

The training videos are great, full written documentation would be great, hopefully it's appearing soon.

Comments: Our entire journey with SupporterHub has been seemless and has enabled our organisation to communicate with our supporters in a way that was not possible without using a CRM, while being affordable. The team at SupporterHub have been so friendly and helpful, particularly [SENSITIVE CONTENT], who has looked after us so well.

Pros:

SupporterHub is very straightforward to use and the support received from the team is outstanding - prompt and helpful. The one-to-one onboarding session and the access to webinar training has made it so easy to use. It is affordable and effective as a supporter engagement and management product.

Cons:

It suits our small organisation perfectly and has all the features we need, so there are no negatives from our point of view.

Excellent customer service and followup

Pros:

Having everything on one platform and integrated is very useful as a not for profit. It is helpful to see the reports and to be able to use the data to make decisions and to share with Board and Committee members as a snapshot. Customer service is very prompt and detailed.

Cons:

While there are a couple of 'nice to have' minor features that would be good to have, the support team are great at encouraging new ideas and enabling me to be able to track their progress.

Streamlining our donations process

Comments: SupporterHub makes it easy for people to donate to Shalom House. It streamlines the collection and processing of donations.

Pros:

Makes processing donations very easy, keeps track of Donors contact emails to send receipts.

Cons:

We don't need to receive Activity Reports and Settlement Reports. It is quite confusing and duplicates the work

Comments: We are starting to understand the power of it but because we are small and at times not very active with it we forget how to use it.

Pros:

it really has everything we need, just need to learn how to use it properly! Ha!

Cons:

Switching around all over the place. I get confused, but then I am not computer savvy!
