works great for users

5.0 4 years ago

Pros:

I can’t speak to how easy this software works from an IT standpoint but it works seamlessly for users

Cons:

I can’t think of anything. Maybe pricing could be a bit lower for what you get.

Turns anyone into an art director

4.0 5 years ago

Comments: This solves the problem of needing to print a lot of different materials at different quantities at different times. It is so much easier than even using a local print shop sometimes.

Pros:

This is a great way to turn your digital projects into good old-fashioned print materials. It is easy to lay out pages and select exactly what you want printed. There is nothing like touching your work.

Cons:

There is no way to replicate touching different paper samples to decide exactly what you are looking for. Sometimes the final product is not exactly what you thought it would be.

Advise against the system unless you have deep pockets and a lot of 3D know-how in your company.

1.0 4 years ago

Comments: We were looking for a 3D Editor tool and were impressed by their references. After a very promising sales process the project turned out to be a disaster. Very high fees, very high development hours, very slow in every process. Sometimes felt like a scam as false promises for development time were made and the results never came although they already charged 5-figure fees at the beginning. There a lot of better solutions on the market with only fraction of the costs and a working customer service. Wasted one year on that company without any working results. If you are a corporation with a lot of time and huge budgets they could help you with your solutions but otherwise we can not recommend this company for web2print solutions.

Pros:

The overall frontend design of the editor looks quite good and easy to use for the customer.

Cons:

Their customer service is the worst. They offer no helpful guidance, the software development process of customizations takes forever although they pass on to sub-development companies in East Europe for 1/3 of the price you pay for the development hours. Their backend is flawed it always interferes with the Magento system. Highly recommend to work with the solution if you have a huge capable IT-Team and never let them customize the software for you.

Most extensive web to print solution I've seen

5.0 4 years ago

Comments: It is a fantastic solution for businesses that have the capital to spend though at this price point you may be able to build it out on your own.

Pros:

Full scale platform that can do almost anything you can imagine in the web to print realm. Easy setup, great tools including 3D moduling and preview

Cons:

The price. SAAS does not come much more expensive than this. At over 10K USD just for initial license not including anything added on afterward.

Good web to print solution.

4.0 5 years ago

Comments: Flexible software for online printing industry. High quality of prints.

Pros:

Based on Magento. Tons of modules and integrations out of the box. Live preview features gives 3d preview of final product. Helps visualize the actual product.

Cons:

Sometimes final product will differ from your expectations. It's different than physically seeing final product.
