Its a easy to use software
Comments: Easy to track the maintenance on the trailers and trucks
Pros:
I like how its user friendly. Very simple to navigate the software. Everything is pretty much self explanatory
Cons:
I do not like how it now breaks up the part and labor cost. In this case there should be a area for taxes as well.

Comments: Fantastic! The customer support is unbelievable. Fast and efficient. Highly recommend!
Pros:
Work orders are the most helpful for our team. Ease of use for all employees to report what needs to be fixed and/or repaired and our mechanics can see in real time what is going on.
Cons:
Requiring the price of fuel. We have bulk fuel tanks and contract pricing with our fuel supplier, so this is not important info for the team to collect. I do have to say this is NOT a deal breaker, we simply put in a zero dollar amount.

There's a delay on the web. Since we don't log Trips, that tab is irrelevant to our company.
AUTOsist Has Positively Impacted the Way We Manage our Fleet
Pros:
AUTOsist has been imperative to maintaning the health of our fleet. AUTOsist support team is timely and efficient in their responses/ resolutions, and has even created and added a new layer to the app in order to fit our business needs. They truly care about customer support and satisfaction.
Cons:
The app does have several glitching errors or is slow to process.
I LOVE Autosist!!!
Pros:
I maintain my own vehicles and this app makes my life and my record keeping so much easier! It is so simple to use and I love using it. I added a new bike and need an additional vehicle slot since my personal account only allowed for 5 vehicles and the Autosist team made it very easy to upgrade. I normally don't pay for apps but this one I am happy to as it is in constant use by me.
Cons:
Not a lot of negative to say - it just plain works!

Comments: Autosist has already helped us track monies spent on maintenance for our units, rigs, and other equipment we have logged. And keeps up with mileage. Just a great product to see where your money is spent.
Pros:
I have only been on this program since June and it has made my life and what I do for my company so much easier. Its first off user friendly and very easy to maneuver around in. It gives you so much options to be detailed with your equipment or the function you need for your company. I can't wait to see what a full year of 2024 brings us to show our owners the bottom line.
Cons:
I seriously feel there are NO CONS, this is the greatest program I have ever had the pleasure to work on.
Great Fleet Management App
Pros:
I like the reminders and the service section so i know how much money I am spending on vehicles.
Cons:
The inventory section was the part i used the least.
Great all around tool
Pros:
We use AUTOsist as an all around tool to track our fleet and our job sites thanks to [sensitive content hidden] and his team walking us through customizing their forms to do whatever we need to accomplish. They are so very helpful and have been great to work with.
Cons:
I have no real complaints about the system.

Easy to use. Like the reminder of maintenance on vehicles. Tracking system is also easy to navigate.

Fantastic Product
Comments: Cost Control as well Inspection and registration reminders are awesome. 100% good experience so far.
Pros:
AUTOsist's ability to have all of your information in one spot as well as being able to input info from your smart phone is game changing. Its ease of you is especially important as we multiple hands in this program and it is easy to teach. Also just as import is the customer service A++++++ [sensitive content hidden] & his team are top notch.
Cons:
Drop downs for in certain areas would be awesome. Example would be person or company performing the work. I could place this in a [sensitive content hidden] and someone else could place it in as [sensitive content hidden] Service. With that when you export it is more challenging to review. There are a few areas that would benefit from this...

Comments: I’m personally quite satisfy with Autosist which help my monitoring work become a lot easier for daily maintainence work. They also have fuel tabs and other work tabs but i didn’t need that feature as it will take up a lot more time to key all that in
Pros:
I used Autosist for years to record my service record on my trucks and I can check back anytime to monitor the spare parts life tenure which directly affect my maintainence cost. I do also like the reminders tab which I can schedule weekly maintainence and instruct my technician to do the preventive maintainence. This is important as down time is the biggest issues in transportation industry.
Cons:
The pricing is in USD so if convert back to Malaysia Ringgit is actually quite costly for a small company like mine. Also, you need time to do all this book keeping and if the handler is not familiar then this apps will not be useful.

AUTOsist from a safety manager/ex SQE engineer perspective.
Comments:
We've been using AUTOsist for only a few months, but I'm impressed how it has brought everyone closer, how the mechanical issues have been resolved faster, and how much easier and quicker it is to log pre-trip inspections. With that safety has improved exponentially.
During the short period we've been using it I have found some bugs, and I've reported suggestions. Every time I emailed I received a reply within minutes, my suggestions were implemented, and the bugs were fixed.
It's great to know that we're working with a software company that cares about us, listens to our needs, accepts our inputs, and applies our suggestions.
Looking forward to keep using AUTOsist for many years to come.

Pros:
Best way to report mechanical issues. It has improved the quality of our vehicles and safety immensely.
Cons:
The GUI could use a little polishing to be more up to date standards. The software quality engineers need to spend a little bit more time on it. I found some bugs.

Comments: I like the online as well as the app. Always comes in handy. Pretty easy to use!
Pros:
Has a lot of places to store information that is really helpful.
Cons:
Would be nice to see a few different templates for inspections. We track all of our trailers in there so I dont need to check the engine and oils on a trailer for example. Instead of having to create one every time we add a new vehicle or trailer or piece of equipment.

Hi Steve, thanks for your review! For the custom inspections, you should be able to copy an existing template and edit it based on your needs. If you add a new vehicle or asset, you can assign them existing inspection forms. Does that make sense? We can walk you through it if you email us at [email protected].
User Friendly
Comments:
We have a much better administrative view of our vehicles in real time. The drivers also have direct access to needed documents as well.
The reminders could be slightly better setup. If a service entered could update the reminder that corresponds, that would be very helpful.
Pros:
The program holds all the relevant information to keep vehicles updated, including PDF copies of necessary documents that can be shared with employees on the road. Managers and end users can update daily if needed. We are notified and able to see vendor invoices immediately when vehicles are repaired or just regular maintenance is done; before the vehicle ever comes back in. We are better able to plan for major repairs or trade ins. Our insurance renewed during the week, while so many were on the road. Every driver had a copy of the new insurance card at their fingertips same day! This is most beneficial for gaining access in restricted areas for government jobs.
Cons:
The least helpful is the mileage entries by individual update. We need a way to date these entries since they quite often are only entered once a week although the reading might be earlier in the week.
Lots of functionality for fleet management
Comments: Our fleet leader is having a much easier time remembering what work needs to be done, as well as what work has recently been done. Our office staff is working with the fleet team to input invoices, permits, work orders, and purchase info so all of that information is accessible to any of our users, anywhere, at any time. That way, if a driver is out of state and something happens, they have tons of relevant information at their fingertips through the app.
Pros:
It works cross-platform and updates instantaneously, so I can update a vehicle's record on my desktop and my manager can check the app on her phone remotely to see the updated information. Our fleet drivers use Autosist to conduct their daily vehicle inspections and our fleet leader is automatically notified when anything has failed inspection. This keeps us aware of problems and also allows us to set reminders to check back in on recurring issues.
Cons:
I'm not a fan of how "edit" mode and "view" mode look the same for records/inspections/notes. I would prefer the view mode to look more like saved information, rather than fillable fields -- if that makes sense? I constantly find myself opening a note and trying to click into the fields to start editing, then being confused as to why my cursor is x-ed out -- since I'm still on view mode, even though it looks like just the edit mode.
Autosist
Comments: Had it for under a year so still fairly new. Will have a better idea after we have utilized it for a longer period.
Pros:
The app everyone can download on there phone as we have guys that are state to state. This software allows us to ensure that our trucks are being kept up with on maintenance to prevent issues. Allows us to have everyone perform monthly inspections and report problems back I don't see many of the trucks often
Cons:
Monthly inspections not being linked to the reminder.

We do have a feature where we can link the monthly inspections to the reminder so that when an inspection is submitted, it can automatically clear the reminder so it goes to the next interval. This is the easiest software I've ever used
Pros:
I love the fact that you can upload your car and it's all automatic and stuff, that's my favorite part. it's a great piece of software that deserves all the medals for ease of use. Good support too.
Easy to Use and Flexible
Comments: This has made our expenses much more transparent and gives us the ability to justify our expenses
Pros:
Flexibility and easy to use. The app is great, and the administrative panel/reporting makes it easier.
Cons:
We haven't had any issues. When we did (user error), customer service was quick and painless
A easier way to track expenses
Comments: Customer service is top notch, when I had questions they took care of things right away.
Pros:
We had a truck that went in for warranty issues and the dealer wanted all of our service records, with just a few clicks we gave him everything he wanted.
Cons:
If you make a mistake entering something it can be a little frustrating to correct it.
Corvus Industries- Fleet Management
Comments: When I started my position, the company have an old Microsoft Database file and it was completely outdated. I was able to quickly update and keep up to date records with this program. Now when I need to get information to my boss or one of the drivers I can do it very quickly.
Pros:
I love the ease of use for both myself and for my driver's. The range of technology skills amoung my drivers vary and even the drivers who lack technology skills can use the product quickly and correctly. I also, feel that it has all of the features that I need to keep my fleet's information up to date.
Cons:
I find that some of the operations can be a little redundant and require too many clicks. An example is when I want to change a driver's access rights (view, add,edit, delete) on a particular I have to toggle each driver one at a time. I think it can be simplified more.

Comments: Overall very positive experience. This keeps us on task with inspections.
Pros:
The core inspection functions are very easy to adapt and implement with Autosist's phenomenal customer service.
Cons:
Would be nice is more of the features were customizable by us, but not a huge deal because the Autosist team responds quickly. I've given [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] some ideas on other possible functionality.
Autosist does the job!
Comments: Customer service is great. Our mechanic has all the tools he needs right on his phone to complete work on our fleet. No more walking back and forth to the desk to check and print lists. As the owner, I like being able to check on the status of the fleet and add reminders at any time from the mobile app.
Pros:
The software is very simple and straightforward. Easy to setup and navigate. Not a lot of extras to clog up your view and user experience. Tracks what you need and that's it. You can add custom fields to track other items that you need. Users can be setup with full or partial access. Mobile app works great too! Overall a very nice, simple, effective tool to manage our fleet.
Cons:
Would like to see some additional reporting features and the ability to sort reminders by job in a quick and easy fashion. Other than that, not seeing anything else I'd like changed.
