Easily get documents digitally signed with speed.

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: It's easy for me to set up contracts to sign. It's easy for other people to execute on their desktop or mobile devices. This makes getting contracts completed easy for everyone.

Pros:

This product was easy to implement. It features a lot of drag and drop elements for uploading contracts/documents. Drag and drop signature fields make setting up the document for sending for digital signing very easy.

Cons:

I don't really have any dislikes. Docusign does everything I want. There's a new "template" feature I need to learn about. I'm sure it's really good but will take a little time to set up.

Docusign, an impressively efficient tool for e-signing.

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: I have had a valuable experience signing digital documents with Docusign. Of all the e-signature tool i have used, Docusign has been the easiest to use. It allows me to conveniently sign documents with an e-sign which has saved me from all the work of having to print a document, sign it with a pen and then scan and send it back.

Pros:

Docusign has the most efficient data security features which gives me the confidence to sign even the most confidential documents with no fear of data loss. It has a clean working space with an intuitive interface that makes signing documents straightforward and fast. It was so easy to setup a default e-signature and i like how Docusign gives the power to edit and update the e-signature. Docusign also offers a file sharing function that makes it easy to share documents directly after signing them.

Cons:

Am fully impressed by what Docusign has been offering. It has left nothing to be liked least.

Easy and efficient E-signing

5.0 last month New

Comments: Overall, the experience has been good. I think there’s still a lot left for me to explore, but so far it’s been quite efficient.

Pros:

I like the software because it simplifies document uploading and pre-filling, making it so that the only step required from the client is the final signature.

Cons:

I think I'm still in the exploration and learning phase, and maybe I haven't done everything correctly. However, I've found the document editing part a bit confusing, especially for documents that have already been sent.

Could not work without it.

5.0 2 months ago

Comments: My overall experience with DocuSign has been very positive. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage documents. One of the standout features for me has been the ability to set up templates, which has truly been a game changer. This feature saves me a significant amount of time when sending documents, as I can quickly customise and reuse templates without starting from scratch each time. Overall, DocuSign has streamlined my workflow and made the signing process much more efficient.

Pros:

I really appreciate how easy it is to use DocuSign! Setting up templates has been a game changer for me, as it saves so much time when sending documents. The ability to quickly customise and reuse templates makes the signing process incredibly efficient.

Cons:

While I appreciate the overall functionality, one downside of DocuSign is that setting up workflows or advanced features, like automated reminders or templates, can be a bit cumbersome for new users. It would be helpful if there were more in-app pop-up demos or tips, such as 'Did you know?

Pros:

What I like most about DocuSign is how it simplifies the document signing process, making it easy and convenient for both myself and my clients.

Cons:

If I had to pick something, it would be that occasionally the interface could be slightly more intuitive, but this is a minor issue compared to the overall efficiency and convenience of the platform.

Few bugs and some overly complicated features

3.0 3 months ago

Comments: Docusign has been improved over the years - it is now a must software in our industry. There are still some issues with layout of documents being imported from PDF and minor bugs. The preview feature needs improvement since it doesn't show the end result to all the recipients.

Pros:

Templates to upload, quick share, easy edit, easy adding of multiple recipients

Cons:

Hard to amend the signed document, customer service is really not there, some easy tasks are presented as very complicated and require multiple steps that takes way too much time when a document needs to be delivered quickly

Service Agreement Simplicity

5.0 last year

Comments: At one point, we had an issue with envelopes, because we have two lines of business. Though I didn't handle this matter personally, I understood it to be a challenging experience with customer service before finally reaching resolution.

Pros:

It's very easy to upload different templates of our service agreement to ensure we remain organized, and use the appropriate terms for the intended demographic we're doing business in.

Cons:

There needs to be a way to organize finalized documents. Currently, we're pulling old documents out of the emails that were used to sign them.

The number one system for document signature

5.0 9 months ago

Comments: I can state that from the point of the approval workflow and paper management Docusign is a game changer and it is one of products that can really (coupled also with powerautomate and other Microsoft system) do the digitalization process that lot of CIO are dealing with today

Pros:

I like the overall system and the possibility offered by the workflow to design and adapt your models to the organization you work for. The possibility offered by rest api allow to connect external system with docusign for any signature. We use it for hiring new employee as well as for internal SOP signature

Cons:

the fact that the CRf21/11 which is mandatory in pharma field need a separated contract so I have to sign two different contract while it would be great to have a contract that rules everything

You cant go wrong with docusign

5.0 last year

Comments: Overall, DocuSign has earned a positive reputation for its role in simplifying the document signing process, increasing efficiency, and enhancing security

Pros:

Integration stood out for me. DocuSign's integration with a wide range of software and services, including popular business applications like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and many more was super important for me, and this integration capability is appreciated for its flexibility and convenience.

Cons:

Its learning Curve was the least for me. While DocuSign is generally user-friendly, a new user might find it a bit challenging to navigate at first. It can take some time to become proficient with all of its features.

Streamlining Electronic Signatures

4.0 2 months ago

Comments: Solves my needs I've a positive experience with DocuSign basically its ease of use and efficiency in managing electronic signatures. However, the only concern is regarding pricing

Pros:

We primarily use it to send out investor agreements electronically, which has expedited the signing process. We also buy a lot of new tools for our daily OPS so before onboarding a vendor our team use it to send documents to multiple stakeholders for signature, ensuring that we can onboard new vendors quickly.

Cons:

Feature wise none, but as a startup we find the pricing structure a little over budget.

Failure

1.0 last year

Comments: Horrible, our business has lost thousands of dollars due to their failure, and they expect us to continue to pay thousands more for the contract they can't hold up their end on. It really is almost humorous how great customer service was initially and how fast and dramatically it changed once we signed the contract.

Pros:

Initially it was a great product with great support...and then. We noticed as a company that our Job Quote closing rate fell dramatically. I started going through all of the sent quotes and noticed that a bunch of them were not even viewed by the customer. Which was weird since most of the customers were excited about receiving the quotes and ready to start their projects asap. When I started reaching out to the ones that hadn't been viewed, we were informed they never received them. The quotes were being delivered to their spam folders and with some, they were automatically being deleted since they went there. When I reached out to Docusign about this, they just ignored me. They kept closing the Case#. I kept opening a new case and they kept closing it. With no response to us. So, we canceled the card that their payment was supposed to come out of. I guess that got their attention....

Cons:

Even though they can't hold up their end of the deal in delivering the quotes to customers, they refuse to let us cancel. We decided to go old school and send our quotes directly from our email and forgo the docusign route. Our acceptance rates have gone right back to where they were prior to using Docusign.

Docusign - I went paperless

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: All that I can say about Docusign is the best documents and contracts management system. I get all my papers digitally signed and securely stored. Is easy to use for me and for the party is signing, nobody complained about this.

Pros:

I use Docusign especially to get my contracts and other documents signed. Paperless contracts saved me a lot of time and money if I think I used less and less the printer.

Cons:

I didn't encounter any problems with Docusign until now.

not worth it

5.0 last year

Comments: I have used DocuSign for years and have a grandfathered contract. DocuSign's sales force is aggressive and threatening. There are numerous better, more affordable options on the market now. I'm moving on....

Pros:

Docusign is well known for ability to provide remote signature capture.

Cons:

Sales force is pushy and dishonest. Secure knowledge based authentication costs extra and is cumbersome. Docusign used to be easy and affordable, not any more.
