Great, love [sensitive content hidden]
and their staff, the product is solid.
Pros:
Great product that helped us organize and containerize our outputs, we are putting all of our outputs in Virsaic.
Cons:
It takes time to learn, [sensitive content hidden] is great at doing the work for us and teaching us.
Great product and user friendly platform
Comments: CoTe's customer service is top notch. Virsaic is very user-friendly and has been easy to deploy with our team(s).
Pros:
Customizable output templates make the transition to Virsaic seamless.
Cons:
Learning how to build templates takes time, but the CoTe team is great to work with and provides more than enough training.
Great team to partner with
Pros:
A flexible platform that enables a lot of control in your document creation and management. Design user interface is solid and enables business users to be able to develop basic templates. Support and customer service is very responsive and helpful. Open to making system improvements and enhancements based on customer needs and feedback.
Cons:
We had some transition issues with performance, that has since been worked through together and we have seen a large improvement. We find we do have to dig into the template code on occasion to trouble shoot some things that should work from the designer UI.
