They can do anything!
Comments: Verbis is a partner I would refer anyone too!
Pros:
I have worked with developers and vendors for many years and I have been amazed at how quick, responsive, engaged and helpful Verbis has been in solving our problems. They have taken our suggestions and roadmaps needs directly to implementation in weeks. They identified and solved issues we had with Salesforce in addition to tweaking the tool so that it would work for our use cases.
Cons:
To be completely honest I have only found Verbis to be an amazing partner and helpful in all occasions. They have taken our feedback and made changes, helped solve issues and provided training not only to their platform but providing best practices for Salesforce.
Verbis is a solution provider !
Comments: At first, when we ran into the problem of translation, I was very surprised that the first SaaS company in the world (Salesforce), which is such a great product, hadn't been able to solve translation themselves. When purchasing the Salesforce platform, we were not told that translation was not covered, as this was obvious for us . When we realized it was not and that we needed to go through another vendor, which was native to Salesforce (Venizum/verbis) we already had lost some months. After many rounds with our account executives and Salesforce Product Management, we understood that the Salesforce preferred solution was Venizum since there is no other company that is native to Salesforce and had a one-stop-translation-shop across all Salesforce cloudsWe were expecting Salesforce to solve this, but in the end, Venizum/Verbis did.
Pros:
Venizum has a great team is always ready to assist and customize the product to our needs. Their team of engineers is extremely knowledgeable, with more than 2 decades of experience within Salesforce. The solution is easy to set up and use; I highly recommend Venizum to any international company, using Salesforce, that needs a simple and powerful tool for translation anywhere in Salesforce. I already promote it in my own company in other departments as time to market is very importannt for us and Verbis helps us to reach that target.I appreciate the availabilty of our success manager and the capacity of Verbis to provide regularly new features
Cons:
I regret that it took me several weeks before I discovered Verbis .
Great Team of Engineers
Comments: They are a very friendly, excited, problem solving team of engineers.
Pros:
We worked with Venizum for our Salesforce Experience Cloud translation project and I can say that they are truly committed to delivering solutions to meet the needs of their customers.Team members at Venizum always walk the extra mile to understand our needs and engineer the platform accordingly. They are not afraid to take the initiative to solve challenges that involve multiple vendors. They have a great team of engineers who are collaborative and easy to talk to.I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable and innovative partner in the translation and localization domain in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Cons:
The translators had some issues working with their tools in Verbis. One of their greatest concerns was the ability to populate their translations and proof the accuracy against the source language. However, Venizum was very willing to work with us to improve the structure of the translation pages to mitigate those concerns.
