Comments: Overall, we most rely on this platform where we are searching and recruiting desired and suitable candidates.

Pros:

While searching talent this plaform provide us more feature to narrow down candidature requirements. There are many candidate searching and sourcing platforms are available in the market but honestly we are getting more talent and professional candidates from this platform. Myself and my HR team always rely on this platform to find and recruit the best candidate to fit out project.

Cons:

Sometime it is difficult to follow up candidates when we categorized them.

Pros:

LTI is a great way to find the right people to fill your positions. It is super convenient to use and gives you access to an applicant's full LinkedIn profile to check their employment history and skills

Cons:

Nothing really, all the features are good

Pricing, it could get pretty expensive with multiple users

Comments: For the money, I feel like it just didn't work for me. There are a lot of other free-trial products that better suit me considering I'm self employed and am my only employee. It's an amazing product though, it is beneficial if it was cohesive to job recruitment + eLearning all-in-one.

Pros:

I'm in the middle with this program; however, it does establish a more detailed view as to what you might be looking for literally and specifically. It helps collect actual, real live information from different platforms and then lays it out for you in a more orderly fashion.

Cons:

I feel as though it lacks a ton of interface and A.I. IT functionality; if you're looking to integrate-this isn't the product for you.

Comments: I have been using linked in to source matching candidates and get placing them.

Pros:

searching features in linkedin is easy and connection is easy and fast response.To connect a candidate we should request a candidate to connect and once accept we can use linkedin as messenger and chat through it.

It helps me with many solutions as an recruiter professional. This Platform gives me a right and talented worforce.There is no words to tell that how much i like it. really it was very usefull and help full for me.Title, Skills and Location filter search bars are very usefull and i love it lots.

There is no least like in this Software. i like everything and everything is usefull only and gives the solution for my professional.

Comments: It has always fascinated me to work for a company and to hire for that company, and with this tool, i do work the same way I once imagined. Creating a talent pool, choosing people from that pool is so exciting, it's you who has the power in your had to choose a person of your choice according to their talent. It's been a good journey so far and i hope the same for future.

Pros:

Being a marketing executive, i also have to work for bringing the best suitable candidate in marketing field, with the help of linkdin talent insights i can post free ads globally and to get well qualified and most talented person for a particular position.

Cons:

It's always been too friendly, i don't have any complaints regarding this product.
