One of the best ATS

Comments: I would say that this is one of the best ATS i have come across and there is a lot of scope for improvement with the tool perspective and can see the tool at a higher level one day.

Pros:

There are a lot of pros using this product, 1- The offer letter generation in the tool is so simple and error-free. This helped our organisation in flawless offer letter preparation. 2- On-boarding process through the tool is so simple and user friendly which gave our new joiners a wow experience. 3- End to end process of recruitment and on-boarding is implemented magnificently in the ATS which made recruiter, HR work hazel-free .

Cons:

I would rather say as "Scope for improvement" instead of cons, 1- The implementation time taken should be improved which would get more amazing results 2- Customer support department should be improved which i feel has little delay

Room for Improvement

Comments: It is easy to use, convenient, there is a room for improvement.

Pros:

Talent Recruit as a database,it is like excel with minimal improvements.

Cons:

Not much considered advance technology or upgrade . It is like a excel(function) with folders inside of it.

Comments: It is great to use Talent recruit portal, great experience with good results.

Pros:

Not struggling while parse the cvs , as we ioen the profile it parsed automatically.

Cons:

we can not parse the cv in bulk, we have to go one by one.

Comments: Excellent Support and Growth with Automated efficiency and great AI power-driven capabilities

Pros:

User-friendly software. It tracks the complete cycle of the candidate. It gives an overview of the requirement TAT. You can look daily usage of the recruiter and stages of the candidate flow

Cons:

Customized daily reports are not available. Lot of manual reports the resource has pulled. Unable to track the recruiter login hours in ATS or hours spend in ATS.

From the administrative point of view, User tracking system needs lots of improvement.

Comments: Very useful but time-consuming sometimes. Since they are a lot of updates such us we have to update our leads, on our online tracker, in talent recruit, where in fact we can use Talent Recruit itself.

Pros:

I like how Talent Recruit easily compiles all the candidates for each hiring and the update of the status.

Cons:

There are errors, you have to manually encode sometime which takes our time instead of using it to source candidates.
