Comments: It has been great, their support is invaluable.

Pros:

The standalone feature and ability to whitelabel it

Cons:

So far I thought it was a bit difficult to navigate but I ended up spending 1 hour with a CSR and I guess I was just not open to see something different than what I was used to.

Comments: It's been hit or miss for me. Sometimes it's worked, sometimes it doesn't.

Pros:

I like the fact that it is a tool that allows me to quickly set up meeting rooms for virtual calls. Not having to download software is also a bonus.

Cons:

It didn't always work. There were instances when I had to give up on 11Sight and move on to Google Meet. I reached out to their customer service team, and nobody got back to me.

Comments: 11Sight has solved the problem of high monthly fees from the competitors and glitchy video calls and replaced my user experience with clear quality video conferencing, the ability to share videos directly within the platform seamlessly, and the invited users/prospects praising the functionality of the product compared to other platforms.

Pros:

What I love the most about 11Sight is that his software has enabled me to do daily/weekly virtual conferencing with ease and streamlined the process for my business and personal needs. Additionally, the level of customer support from the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and team has been phenomenal. A+

Cons:

There is room for improvement with this software on older technology phones. However, that is no fault for this new technology software.

Comments: For one it is a tool to get in contact with people visiting your website - your future clients. On top I was looking for a tool to teach piano lessons via video chat using multiple cameras / devices like iPhone, iPad, iMac...

Pros:

It is a standalone solution to me without needing other apps like FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts and name them. Further more I'm able to use the same set up no matter if I get a call regardless from the device of the caller. Windows, Mac Os, Android, iOS. It doesn´t matter. i do not have to switch but simply use 11sight.

Cons:

I had some trouble to get a stable connection but got it worked out with the help of the splendid support.

Good LTD, Needs Polishing

Comments: I bought 11sight as a LTD for about what I would have paid for a year of Zoom. The rough edges will likely be better by the time my business gains visibility.

Pros:

Web based video is easy to use. The web contact buttons can be a good alternative to Google Voice.

Cons:

Meeting links are static and there is no obvious way to secure them leading to potential security issues. No obvious whiteboard functionality makes this software a poor choice for my business. The mobile app needs to be able to host meetings.

Pros:

I've tried multiple different video conferencing platforms, from desktop based to browser based, but 11Sight has been easy for my team and visitors/users to start a video call and get taken care of right away. As long as you have someone available to manage it, you will find that your users/visitors have never been happier with instant communication.

Cons:

I know they are working on it but the dashboard is weak and needs improvement, both in UI and UX. I look forward to the update coming in February 2022 to improve on this. Right now it feels extremely dated.

Comments: Our no-show's rate was through the roof because prospects wanted to chat with us now, not in the future. Now, we change our processes with 11Sight and we're able to empower our BDR team and close more deals faster

Pros:

The fact that I can talk instantaneously with qualified prospects really helps our sales pipeline and achieve our revenue objectives.

Cons:

There's nothing that I dislike about the product in its current state.

Comments: ElevenSight has proven to be one of the best tool for my business as it has made it easier to connect with new prospective customers.

Pros:

ElevenSight is a gem. It is super easy to setup and provides the best medium to have realtime audio/video calls with the audience along with advance features integrated as screen sharing, youtube link sharing and chat. The best part is that the audience has the option of not signing up to get on call.

Cons:

None so far as this is definitely a solid product and I hope the development team continues to support this exceptional quality product.

A great alternative to Zoom!

Comments: I was paying high yearly fees for other video conference tools – 11sight has matched their capability as a much cheaper (yet still maintaining high quality video) option. I can still share videos directly easily, send one click links and have the interaction and reponse tools similar to zoom. The iOS app also makes it easy to schedule and join meetings on the go!

Pros:

One click link option eLine link to your email so that people can reach you directly from their email client

Cons:

Limited options to brand and customise to match you own branding – but stability and ease of use is my main priority so I can live with the 11sight branding. Recording is pay per recording

Comments: 11Sight is the perfect communication platform in a virtual and video world. With 11Sight I hardly use my cell phone for voice calls. Almost all my 'calls' nowadays are video based and much more productive.

Pros:

Since it is all browser based it is very simple to use, as no software download or client needed to run a high quality video meeting. 11Sight platform can also take inbound video calls, so you could replace your voice system (PBX) if so desired. For a small business like me it provides amazing functionality in a Work From Home world.

Cons:

Not much... 11Sight is very open to suggestions and have been great to work with implementing new features. They are also willing to customize the platform to fit a specific use case, ie... medical, courtroom, retail, etc.

Excellent Communications Solution

Comments: I had a difficult time conveying to my non-technical customers how to navigate reports and other computer-related issues. It was time-consuming to set up a Zoom or Google Meet meeting. This is the perfect solution for any non-technical customer.

Pros:

This product was far the easiest to set up and implement. I use this 11Sight on a daily basis and have found it extremely more user-friendly than competitor solutions.

Cons:

I wish they had walk-thru video tutorials on account onboarding. I see the step-by-step walk-thru; however, for me the videos are much easier to follow.

The perfect solution for instant customer connection

Comments: Overall I love it. It works great - I just wish we had some more options with branding. For example, when you're unavailable and a customer tries calling, they'll be brought to a page that doesn't display my brand colors.

Pros:

The fact that you can easily talk with your customers via video (all they do is just click a button on your site) is truly amazing. I've never seen a platform do this so flawlessly.

Cons:

Lack of true real-time chat capabilities. I wish I was notified immediately via push via the app on my phone and that I could carry a conversation with customers if I wasn't able to do a video or audio call.

Great Zoom alternative

Pros:

Let's face it Zoom has set the bart for videoconferencing to the point that people expect the same experience with alternatives. So far 11Sight has matched Zoom closely enough that my clients can use it pretty easuly.

Cons:

I wish I could figure out how to turn OFF the "knocking" when a client arrives. I just wan them to the room without me having to let them in. That should default to being OFF.

It's Simple-Effective & Efficient!

Comments: This software is Impressive. I purchased on appsumo to test it but got hooked.
My Virtual Office short URL link Via VMeet tab took me straight to a zoom-like environment. I also appreciate the HD quality and sound.

Pros:

1)Setup is simple. The interface is user-friendly.Fast and easy to use. 2)You can practically make a call immediately. My experience wasn't hampered by lag. 3)Having elines is a plus and advantage over competitors

Cons:

I think the UI is a little outdated and the UX needs to be easier to use There is no video-based training, and there is a little learning curve to get used to. Lots of branding are there. It can be minimized along with a lot of improvements in UI.

Comments: Over all, the experience using it has been great.

Pros:

Easy to use on the invitee side. No special software needed outside of webcam/microphone, Screen sharing is good.

Cons:

Clunky interface for the administrator. It would be nice if 11Sight would clean it up a bit and make it a little more intuitive..

Great for video calls with prospects

Comments: I bought 11Sight wondering if it would replace Zoom. It did not for me or my team, but has been very valuable in transitioning prospects from chat to call very seamlessly.

Pros:

11Sight makes it easy to immediately transition from chat to live video call. No installation, configuration, etc. Instant transition.

Cons:

The admin screens are a bit confusing but the team has improved them.

Simple tool for video calls

Comments: It is clean, simple and easy to use tool for video calls. Love that everyone can call you just by clicking a link - nothing to install. And I can receive calls on all my devices - phone or laptop - whatever I use at the moment.

Pros:

Everyone can call you just by clicking on a link - nothing to install, no need to create an account. Call link remains the same (though this can also be cons - depends).

Cons:

You can't swith on/off call recording during the call - it is a checkbox down in settings, so you either record everything or nothing. As recording time is limited that can be problem for some. As you have a same link for call room security might be an issue. You have an organisation's name in link and you can't change it later. As I am solo, not a company, it is anoying for me.

Best Communication Tool

Comments: It make my communication with my students easy and quick.

Pros:

I like the way easy to create custom chat schedule with different type of communication text, call and video. Easy to embed in our site. Good for short team meetings.

Cons:

None. If have some video tutorials on software it will be more help.
