Emsow PACS is great
Comments: We're very happy with Emsow and have no plans to ever leave this platform. Given our multiple locations, referring providers, and reading physicians this platform is perfect for our group.
Pros:
The customized reports and the turn around of the team is 2nd to none. I have worked on many PACS systems including Braintree and Medstreaming. Emsow is superior to any and all PACS systems I have used in the past 16 years.
Cons:
As with all platforms there are errors that occur and sometimes the system goes down. However, these issues are few and far between.
Software development is limitless in Emsow
Comments: We have been a long time Emsow client and have been continuously referring Emsow to our Business Coaching clients. We love that aside from being a PACS system, Emsow also has other relevant features such as schedule manger, Billing system, etc. We love that Emsow is making almost all integrations possible and software development is limitless.
Pros:
-Immediate access to Support Team via phone or email. -Software development is limitless
Cons:
Just like any other product/services, Emsow isn't perfect, there are always other areas to improve on, but what I like most about Emsow Support and customer relation is that, they are doing their best to address all client concerns and they are also transparent to resolution timeframes.

Good platform but could be great with some improvements
Comments: Emsow has been a necessary avenue to be able to perform diagnostic exams in an our patient setting and I am grateful for the service.
Pros:
I’m able to have a way to perform diagnostic exams and share them with a reading physician.
Cons:
The worksheets are not easy to use and there is no way to communicate concerns with the reading physician or build trust.
