Comments: Terrible. I rarely write reviews but their negligence and ignorance to the problem lead me to doing so.
Pros:
We were attracted by the price. I have now found many other better alternatives.
Cons:
They did not know how to properly set up the SMS which delayed our ability to use SMS. It has been over two months and we still haven't been able to send a single text to users and they are denying any sort of refund.
Very capable product
Comments: We have used SMS Magic since about 2017 and they have enabled us to send 1-1 and 1-many messages, via Campaigns, to all of our audiences. Very simple to use messaging capability within Salesforce itself, too.
Pros:
SMS Magic integrates seamlessly in Salesforce. SMS Magic does all the initial set up to create the Process Builders to Task the right people and have the conversations show up in the right page layouts.
Cons:
You have to really watch their billing. It rarely matches what you are quoted but they will fix it when you point it out.
