Great Real Estate Software

Pros:

Integration with Quickbooks Online . Team at Stratafolio is top notch

Cons:

Would like to see some "How-to" tutorial videos for training instead of articles. They did mention videos are in the pipeline tho.

Stratafolio/Quickbooks integration

Comments: Always very very helpful when I have a question.

Pros:

I liked that they onboarded all my leases for me.

Cons:

I am still learning all the ins and outs of the system. Becuase I did not do the onboarding myself I feel like I had a harder time learning the proper steps to entering new leases. Stratafolio has been very helpful helping me learn it as the situations arise.

Stratafolio Review

Pros:

It's easy to upload QuickBooks to Stratafolio.

Cons:

There are too many steps to keep leases and COIs current, and it's not easy to determine all the steps. The knowledge base concept is interesting, but it doesn't really help figure out all the steps to follow to enter a lease or a COI, etc. I don't like that Stratafolio is only cash based.

Excellent software

Comments: My overall experience with STRATAFOLIO has been great. They are truly a great company with outstanding customer service and care for their clients.

Pros:

When looking for a platform that can handle asset management, property management, and tenant management - there was really only one option. There are a lot of platforms that can do one of these three things - but STRATAFOLIO is built to manage them all. Their Onboarding Team made the transition incredibly smooth. They handled everything for us so that we could focus on utilizing the tool. This software has helped our organization stay on top of rent increases, expired leases, etc - saving us a tremendous amount of time and money. From the Owner's Dashboard with high level overviews all the way down to the work orders and insurance tracking; I HIGHLY recommend STRATAFOLIO for anyone in the real estate industry.

Cons:

I really don't have anything negative to say. They didn't have insurance tracking - but I asked for it and they built it!

Game-changer for the CRE owners

Pros:

Stratafolio has been a game-changer for our company so far. Since implementing this platform, our operations have become more organized and streamlined. It allows us to efficiently track leases, loans, distributions to investors, and financial transactions all in one place. It's the only software in our company that all roles can communicate and contribute to (property managers, admins, and accountants). It has significantly reduced time and effort required to manage our properties and the day-to-day, freeing up our team to focus on more strategic tasks and make data-driven decisions.

Cons:

The onboarding process can take some time, but it's worth it to allow the Stratafolio team the necessary time to go through all the leases, loan docs, and additional data you would like housed in the software.

Comments: this is helping us stay up with built in rent changes and with making sure we are collecting the correct amount each month, as well as having the rent roll available at the push of a button , and other important reports

Comments: The implementation team has been wonderful to work with. I am excited for the possibilities that we have with Stratafolio.

Pros:

What drew me to Stratafolio is the integration with QuickBooks. After doing more digging and working with the integration team, I'm so happy that we made this choice. They are so helpful and easy to work with!

We are not fully implemented yet so I am unable to give a fair answer to this.

Great Company

Comments: Great from start to finish on setting up and continued to be a great support past the last training.

I really like how easy this product is to use. Once the onboarding was completed I feel very confident in using this software.

Cons:

I do not have any cons about this software yet. I have only been using it from 4 months and I haven't encountered any issues.

CRE Management Software

Comments: This software is excellent for our needs. As good as it is, the staff is THE standout factor. They are knowledgeable, responsive, profession and personal.

Pros:

This software allows access to the entire portfolio of properties in one location. Access to all documents, property details, lease details, escalations, investors, rent rolls, debt, insurance, etc in one place and at a simple click.

Cons:

Our company utilizes STRATAFOLIO staff to upload property info which makes it much easier. Getting all the info uploaded in the correct place is not as intuitive as desired, but STRATAFOLIO has knowledge based articles available to increase understanding and expertise in use of the software.

Pros:

STRATAFOLIO has created a space to centralize all property management and financial tracking and reporting into one software. This has allowed us to automate multiple tasks and organize everything we need to operate in one location. On top of all this, the STRATAFOLIO onboarding team is always there to answer questions and provide a personalized experience for our company.

Software for all businesses!

Comments: The availability to view my business as a whole is what caught my attention, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and her team are what sealed it! The knowledge and expertise were apparent quickly and it followed through all employees that I have dealt with. Everyone is willing to help with any questions I have or changes I want to make!

Pros:

The absolute best software for viewing the business as a whole. It brings all of our QuickBooks files together and does all the tedious work to make workflow more efficient. NNN invoicing and work orders to keep track of how much we are spending on each tenant.

Cons:

There is only one negative and is not actually a con because it has nothing to do with the actual software itself, but it is a little slower than my patience allows for.

Stratafolio is a game changer!

Pros:

Stratafolio is a game changer! While Quickbooks is an amazing product, it doesn't address the nuanced financial reporting needs of Real Estate Investors. Enter Stratafolio! Their intuitive reporting and amazing user interface connect all the dots...giving you live, real-time financials for your entire rental portfolio. Investors are so good at analyzing a property before they buy...but tracking the actuals has always been an issue. Not anymore! I'm so happy to have Stratafolio in my arsenal and to be able to recommend it to my clients and students!

STRATAFOLIO Review

Comments: Our experience was great. They were very patient during the onboarding process. During this process we were able to get better organized.

Pros:

Easy to use and navigate plus it is a central location for all of our real estate holdings. We can get an up to date account of all our properties or break out and analyze one individually.

Cons:

So far we like everything about the product. The cost is on the higher end but now that were using STRATAFOLIO its worth the extra cost compared to the other options available.
