Comments: Es uno de los mejores productos para el control de campañas de ventas y generación de Leads sin duda, muy completo y con información realmente imprescindible. El uso en general es sencillo

Pros:

La capacidad de conectar con diferentes canales como Google Ads, FB....y poder evaluar acciones a realizar, controlando los KPIs más importantes, tanto de marketing como de operaciones. Las automatizaciones y gestión de Leads y los tableros/reportes, sobre todo el de costes. También el Dashboard de Call Center

Cons:

Algunas configuraciones algo complicadas

Comments: La experiencia ha sido muy positiva. La herramienta realiza funciones muy importantes de conversión de leads. Es un orquestador de leads muy potente.

Capacidades de captación de leads digitales y devolución de calidad de los leads a proveedores

Cons:

Puede requerir tiempo para que los usuarios se familiaricen completamente con todas las herramientas

Comments: Me gusta mucho la herramienta, brinda muchas de las soluciones para integran la operación con el marketing digital. Tiene un gran potencial y más allá de oportunidades es una buena funcionalidad para nuestros equipos.

Pros:

La capacidad para poder resolver muchas cosas de las que necesitamos en nuestras operaciones de manera "Sencilla"

Cons:

La integración con inconnect y la falta de información en los reportes entre ellos. El maquetador de paginas y mails es malo y genera muchos errores... nosotros maquetamos externamente....
