The concept of Digitalfirst is great. Everything is well elaborated, there are plenty of tactics and inspiring ideas. The community features are well thought out and help to build the tool on solid ground. I have learned a lot already during the first couple of months using it! :)

Cons:

Not much. I would like to be able to create a business model canvas graphically (just filling out the forms is ok for analytical processes, but would be great to have to use it visually (and be able to export it).

At the beginning, you have to work your way into the tool because it is actually simple, but there were still one or two problems at the beginning. The functions did not work like the content creation. But when you report problems you get an answer and a solution in a few minutes.

Cons:

Social media copy could be improved e.g. Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest. AI still can't match the human touch for creative writing.
