Comments: The company I worked for are now using AFSgo for the last 17 years. Definitely made things run smoothly and more efficiently. Saved people diagnosing problems that had already been found.
Pros:
The features on AFSGO were fantastic. The engineers could all see their jobs, others jobs and full history of the equipment they were working on. Used ASFgo for over 10 years. Would highly recommend it.
Cons:
Needs to be set up well to get the most out of it. Engineers can't see precious maintenance reports unless the previous engineer fills in a summary on the main page. This may have changed or there may be an option but we found ways to may it work.
