Suitefiles is a game changer for our practice

Comments: The ability to drag and drop files into the web version or the drive version. The ability to save directly to the drive. The ease of finding documents. The ease of email templates, the ease of signing and getting signatures. There is nothing to not love about Suitefiles.

Pros:

I have moved 2 separate practices from 2 different document/accounting systems. Moved from Handisoft first time and moved from AE document management system. Easy to use, integrates exceptionally well with Xero. Storage is excellent and never lags when looking for information.

Cons:

Having to click on the signing tag every time you want to put a signing field into a document. Just once would be great. Choose the signer and add to wherever signing is required.

Comments: overall it is a great software and is easy to use, updates when done sometimes they dont have other things work, which i have made mention to support that when these updates occur further testing required in the test system so that when goes live things dont break down, also it takes a lot of time to fix once known to support

Pros:

ease of access to client files, ease to drag and drop from external sources,

Cons:

support takes time to get back to us with a fix - sometimes warranted and sometimes should be a quick fix, support at times dont understand the problem so have to do a lot of screenshotting back and forth so the IT team understand the issue

Suitefiles, good for what it does but not perfect

Comments: Overall the software is good and integrates with a range of softwares however there are just a few small functionality improvements to do with the suitefiles drive function and pdf management that would really make this a useful software.

Pros:

I like the online suitefiles where you are able to access documents and they autosave and you can access them from any computer. I also like that it can integrate with your outlook making it easier to save emails and documents. The suitefiles drive function is also good because it allows you to save documents similar to the old method which is good for staff who are poor with change.

Cons:

I dislike that you cannot open pdf's properly and highlight notes and leaves comments the way you normally would when opening them from your drive. The other item is to do with suitefiles drive, sometimes documents saved on the suitefiles drive don't upload to the cloud.

A solid, allround document management system

Comments: Overall it's a good product. It does the job. Would love to see upgrades though.

Pros:

The layout is simple and user friendly. It's easy to add users.

Cons:

Tutorials are missing. We probably don't use all the features. It does lag a lot, can be very slow to load.

Alternatives Considered: Google Workspace and Google Drive

Reasons for Switching to SuiteFiles: I've always used Microsoft based products so I was comfortable using Suitefiles as it's Microsoft backed.

When Data Security and access are critical

Comments: Suitefiles has facilitated my Accounting & Advisory business to grow with full knowledge that suite files was growing with me. Access to an integrated secure document storage and information sharing platform has been a critical factor in my businesses growth

Pros:

Suite files provides a intra organisation access to common files and documents with in a secure environmentAccess is linked through to our Microsoft & linked to Sales Force

Cons:

Suitefiles is a secure document storage and work flow platform. At times management of the structure is challenging.

Simplifies our day

Comments: From the start till now, it has been a very easy setup and continues every day with the use of the system.

Pros:

Drag and drop saving and the search function

Cons:

Emails - Even though it captures all your emails, it could be structured better. to find emails faster and to save any embedded files as separate documents.

Review from an Australian perspective

Comments: Overall I am really enjoying SuiteFiles. It is a smart software with a passionate team behind them that are always helpful and thoughtful.

Pros:

I like that within SuiteFiles we can have multiple ways of running a loan. From interest being calculated daily, to monthly, with interest trails to brokers or management or without. It allows us flexibility in our initial negotiations, something we didn't have with our own software.

Cons:

That I can't amend report dates. For example, I can't finalise entering our August data completely until 1st September, however once done and I drop out the report for emailing to management I can't update the report "as at 31st August" it has to remain dated 1st September which is not technically correct.

Easy to use and functional

Pros:

We use SuiteFiles every day and multiple times a day. It's always easy to access files and create new folders. It makes things easier when the whole team knows we will be able to find the documents we need.I also really enjoy the favourites list and being able to easily get to the documents I use a lot.

Cons:

I would like it to be easier to integrate with email so we could save emails from clients automatically.

SuiteFiles is Sweet as!

Pros:

I like that is user friendly, stores documentation well, creates templates with ease and has an amazing document signature function.

Cons:

Coping of folders would be a great addition.

Convivence and Experience

Comments: Overall my experience is positive, other than the slight server hick up now and then, overall it is a easy system to use.

Pros:

Convivence and ability to save documents directly from emails as well having the ability to save documents into SuiteFiles without having the browser open.

Cons:

The long wait for the documentation preview to load, I have to download the document in order to see.

Easy to use

Suite Files in my Daily Life

Comments: All good and very happy of how Suite Files work for our team

Pros:

I like it best because the files are easy to share among members of the team even if we belong from different origins making it easier for the team to review reports and other related documents

Cons:

Not sure yet about this but it's related to Suite Files and One Drive integration, I feel like linking document take so much time when you first do it. But it will be all good after that

Great product.

Comments: Bloody Awesome - honestly the team are great. Updates and info are great. Always enjoy using the product.

Pros:

Fact accessible anywhere, anytime. It has given us ease in this "COVID" world to be able to continue working from home or anywhere needed.

Cons:

Can be old school sometimes and would be good to have own backup on hard drive as such.

Easy and reliable

Pros:

I like how it links all of our systems together. It makes our day to day work very easy and manageable when we are busy. This is the first business I have used SuiteFiles for and I wouldn't like to go back.

Cons:

I have not found any problems so far. Only a few days were files don't create properly but that has been a SuiteFiles error and not a day to day issue.

Document Management Made Easy

Comments: I found this difficult at the beginning but now I am OK with moving around within it. Could still learn more

Everything is in the same place and all staff can access the files

Cons:

Its a little clunky but getting better. I found my learning curve quite a task
