They Earned it!

Pros:

Honest, transparent pricing and service list. I have tried many of these tools, and Publer is the ONLY one I have stuck with and scaled with!

Cons:

No NextDoor Integrations. At least not yet.

Use Publer if you want a no-frills social media content scheduler that works

Comments: Smooth - interface was easy to pick up (although not super intuitive).
Homepage has too many things going on - could be simplified.

Pros:

Cross-integration across multiple social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc)

Cons:

Analytics feature wasn't as comprehensive as I thought

An Efficient Tool for Social Media Management

Comments: Overall, Publer is a great tool for managing social media presence efficiently. While there are areas for improvement, such as account management and feature discoverability, it remains a solid option for streamlining content creation and scheduling.

Pros:

I love Publer's simplicity and efficiency. It is easy to manage multiple social media accounts without being overwhelmed by unnecessary features. The RSS feed integration is an excellent source of inspiration, helping us consistently create engaging content.

Cons:

One downside is that Publer sometimes mixes personal and professional accounts, complicating performance tracking. It would be helpful if it prompted us to select accounts for specific summaries. Discovering all its features isn't as intuitive as possible, and tagging in scheduled posts could be improved.

Maybe THE best SOCIAL media managing tool out there

Comments: Great. The helpdesk is great. They are very kind and always reply fast.

Pros:

The CSV uploading works very great. So I can bulk upload and save me a lot of time.

Cons:

The library does not have predictable urls so I need to use a bucket to save all my files. And then reupload everything when I need to post them again even though they are already there. Because I always work from CSV files.

Comments: Very good experience so far. It's very easy to setup social media channels and to collaborate with other users and clients. Good integration with Canva. Easy user interface. I'll soon be upgrading to include the reporting tools. The pricing is also very good. It offers competitive value for money.

Not being able to share to facebook groups.

Expanding with Publer

Comments: My experience overall, has been great. It's such a time saver and I rarely have any issues

Publer has made it incredibly easy for me to post across multiple marketing platforms, the hassle of logging in to each channel, writing the right thing, and publishing it is long gone!I'm a big fan of the number of marketing channels they have access to - there's even a few I've been introduced to by Publer that I'm looking into.

Cons:

This might be more of a Meta problem than a Publer problem but, I wish there was a way to connect an Instagram account to Publer if it doesn't have a Meta Business Account. I've inherited a few accounts like this where I don't have access to the Business Account and don't know how to get it.

Amazing Product

Pros:

Publer all around is the total package. From analytics to feasibility to posting through numerous platforms. Then it has additional integrations. It has been a wonderful product to find and has the ability to save me fatigue of posting constantly

Trending posts shall be more diverse and open to more fields of expertise (e.g. education, services). Statistics are limited and available only for the most expensive billing plan. The basic statistics could have been available also in the professional plane.

Publer is by FAR the best social media scheduling app I've used. It is extremely feature heavy, and if there is anything that you need that is missing, you can request the feature and their staff are generally quite quick in adding it!

Cons:

Nothing, I don't really have flaws to talk about. There is a couple of tiny niggly things like I'd love to be able to save hashtag groups etc, but I'm sure those will be added soon!

We landed here after using (or testing) other five platforms. We will not leave Publer!

It satisfied all our requirements at a right cost. For us Its killer feature is that are available all these features (others tested do not have all):- social and wordpress channel- browser plugin- mobile app

I like that I am able to schedule my months work out and plan ahead.

I don't like that it doesn't tell me that i have over 30 hashtags so my post doesnt go up and then i have to fix it afterwards
