I’ve been using Hootsuite for the past year, and it has been an absolute game-changer for managing my social media presence. The platform's intuitive interface makes scheduling posts across multiple social networks a breeze, saving me countless hours every week. The ability to monitor all my social channels in one place is incredibly convenient and helps me stay on top of engagement and trends effortlessly. A all in one social media handler for my social accounts.

Comments: I wish Hootsuite had kept the limited free plan and I would have kept using it. However, once the price changed, it wasn't worth the money when I could get similar functionality from Later for much less.

You have limited functions on the "Basic Plan". Also have experienced some glitchyness on instagram.

Comments: In overall, it's the best tool to use if you need to manage many social media accounts at once, particularly on Twitter and Facebook.

Pros:

Hootsuite is simple to operate; I really like that all the platforms I use can be shown on a single page, and the publisher screen makes it simple to see at a glance precisely what you're posting on each day across all of your accounts. You can just drag and drop to rearrange your articles, and adding images is just as simple. It couldn't be much better.

Cons:

I can't think of a single drawback to this system. Very user-friendly, it rarely experiences outages. You may relax knowing that the program will automatically publish your posts once you've entered them. In two years of use, I have never once seen a bug in this program.

Great Automated Software

Comments: great software, lots of functions not being used yet but the staff who dont use nothing but the insta app now love hootsuite

Give the team more time to plan for future marketing, having it all on a calender ready to post is so much more organised. Feedback data from campaigns is amazing and shows us exactly how successful certain posts were

Cons:

Costings I think are a bit high however the time it is saving could prob justify this

Social media marketing on auto-pilot

Comments: While I had it, Hootsuite was a great piece of software that allowed me to easily manage a much larger online presence than I ever could have without it. But their best features were locked behind a paywall, and their new pricing model has completely locked us out of ever doing business with them.

Pros:

Hootsuite made it incredibly easy for a marketing team of one to manage a small army of sub-brands for our agency and maintain a constant online presence. Their analytics and scheduling recommendations allowed us to target our posts at the times that were most impactful for our demographic and our engagement went up as a result.

Cons:

Hootsuite used to have a free tier, but now all of their tiers are eye-wateringly expensive and they have completely priced out our small business from ever using them.

Another Little Bird is Taking Care Of It All

Comments: Our hospital uses Hootsuite to manage every single one of our social media channels. We are constantly updating various channels for client education as well as regular updates on "What's New" in our hospital and Hootsuite has been the fastest way to keep up on a regular schedule.

Pros:

Its an easy way to manage our entire hospital's social media channels and run it through the chain of command and it allows us extra time to work on additional projects! It integrates with every main social media outlet we use.

Cons:

The only negative I have is the pricing.. its on the higher side for sure but I would say its worth the price since I am saving so much more time!

Great product for multiple social accounts

Comments: For multiple social media accounts this is a must. It saves so much time and I think is worth the price point.

Pros:

The dashboard is fairly intuitive, you can manage platforms together -- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn at the same time, e.g. Being able to plan posts ahead is a fantastic feature and links up really well with the content calendar.

Cons:

The free plan seems quite limited and the pricing structure seems irregular. I could also say that it took some time to get used to the interface, it can seem quite clunky to start with but I think it's still the most practical approach.

Comments: It saves me a lot of time when planning and publishing content on multiple platforms simultaneously. The analyzes it provides are very valuable to optimize my strategies. I highly recommend it for any business or brand that wants to improve its presence on social networks. Although the free version has certain limitations, the functions it offers are very complete. It was worth investing in a premium subscription to unlock advanced capabilities

Comments: Other than the pricing, it's been fantastic, not only has the data that was tailored to me helped me throughout my processes but I have learned so much on how to optimize my posts in ways I probably wouldn't have considered before, but I'd say the ease-of-use is probably the most notable piece of Hootsuite that one could takeaway from this review. It's a fantastic choice, if you have the money to pay for it.

Pros:

This is not a "feature" per-say, but a part of hootsuite I liked most, compared to other products that share similar features is the ease-of-use. I've used other tools that mimic what Hootsuite does and I would say without a doubt that Hootsuite has the lowest learning curve, simply because of the way they built it. You have something you want to post but haven't had time to look through any of the other factors like keywords, best times, formats, etc? Hootsuite has it all right there for you. I was first interested Hootsuite simply to plan posts, as anyone who is considering using this tool knows, planning social media posts in bulk saves enormous amounts of time, it's not even comparable, but as soon as I started using this tool I was able to throw almost every other tool out the window I used to make my posts better/more findable to my target audience. I'm sure you are like me where you have 50 bookmarks of keyword generation, best times, best dates, etc. for your videos but with hootsuite it's all in one place, and not only that, once you get going, the data is tailored to you, so you no longer have to pull general statistics from what a video SHOULD do at certain time or with certain keywords etc. You can't go wrong with Hootsuite, even if you have no idea what you're doing, they have tutorials for how to do anything that you might want to do to improve your channels/accounts.

Cons:

This is what the title of this review is about. And honestly, this is the only con I have found so far. You are getting the best no doubt, but you are paying for the best. I'd say if your just starting out and this isn't much of a cashflow yet, you might just have to put in the time and effort to circumnavigate the tools of Hootsuite, although it probably won't but just as good, with enough grit you can probably come somewhere close, but it takes a whole bunch of time more. But I can say without a doubt, if your serious about promoting your channels and accounts, and you've got the capital, just go with Hootsuite, anything else is subpar, but again, it's just a heck of a lot of money unfortunately.

I adore how much time this app saves me. I never have to spend time replicating and reposting content to every platform individually. That was so annoying and time-consuming! Now all I have to do is post from my Hootsuite account, and it will post the content to all of my platforms simultaneously!!!!

Cons:

I have no complaints about Hootsuite. I am loving the experience.
