Better than the rest

Comments: Came for the file storage. Staying for the wide array of features to edit, collaborate, protect, and organize my work.

Pros:

Besides being a file sharing and storage software, it excels where other software does not even come close. I like the features to edit docs and files. The integration with google workspace, adobe, and microsoft office make this so essential. The security features are also not something I realized I valued until I started using box. I just feel like my files and my data are taken care of when I use this service.

Cons:

There is no beating around the bush here: box is expensive. But also... lots of storage services are these days. The free version does not get you very far. I think it's the same space Google Drive gives you, but again, the features within box cannot be found elsewhere.

Pros:

Unlimited storage from the most basic plan for companies.

Cons:

At the moment we have started working with box and I have not found any functionality failure with work colleagues.

Good but not great

Comments: Overall, a decent value for the price. It could be designed a little bit easier for use.

Pros:

The cost is reasonable. It is also fairly easy to use.

It is not the most easy software to maneuver about.

Good workflow and I like Canvas feature

I wish the sharing of folders worked a little bit better or that it was more clear who each was shared with.

Box is my number one cloud storage software!

Comments: Overall Box is my favorite cloud storage software. I use both Online and Mobile App and love the seamless use from one to the other. In all the years that I've been using Box, I have never had a single security issue. The functions are easy and intuitive. File loading and transferring is very fast. Box is a very solid and reliable product, with a high trust factor. I highly recommened.

Box offered the best introductory deal, so I gave it a try. I like the clean interface, ease of use, security, and intuitive functions. Box makes file sharing easy and very reliable.

Cons:

I've been using Box for over 3 years and have never had a negative experience.

Comments: Overall, the last 4+ years the tool has been really helpful for our organization. We also feel more secure adding files in Box that are sensitive vs Google Drive, so we use this as a backup up location for these types of files.

Cloud storage of files that are also accessible in the cloud and desktop. Ability to limit access across staff, project teams, and internal or external organizations. Large capacity for file storage at your fingertips.

Cons:

Some features are not as thoughtout as other tools: renaming large amounts of items like photos, moving files from one folder to another, and many times links shared to outside orgs and emails dont work the first time.

Decent file storage and sharing

Comments: We use it to share files within and outside of the organization. It can be used for files and folders alike, which is very useful for us. I’m happy with the quality of this software, and hope others would adopt it too.

Box has a very friendly UI that anyone can start using easily

It’s not very common in workplaces, so I struggle to find teams and companies that I use it to communicate with

Overall I don't have many cons to point out for Box. Maybe an chat box or messaging options could prove helpful during overall communication.

Very Good Program

Comments: It helped me to complete my work very quickly and not worry about the confidentiality of my files and data. It also helped me in the development of my company and the speed of its performance and transfer of files.

Pros:

A very secure program that allows you to store without limits and share them in a very safe and easy way, and you can restore your old files. also. This allows the organization to be managed better and faster and is very excellent for large, medium and small companies and institutions

Cons:

I do not find many negatives in this matter, and since I learned about the program and used it, I have not suffered from any problems or negatives.

Easy to use Content management platform

Pros:

It is a secure platform that provides a secure environment for my data and keeps everything safe. It does not sell or steal anything from our data like other cheap software available in the market. Its sync features work amazingly and uploads data in very little time. If I talk about the cost it is a cost-effective tool and provides premium type of services to not only me but also to all users of Box.

Cons:

Box provides secure services, there is nothing to dislike about this tool. I appreciate its team for developing the great features that have created easiness in managing our precious data.

File Storage and Sharing Program: Box

Pros:

Box has a mobile application which makes it super easy to store, share and coordinate on files in one place.

Cons:

There is no daunting aspect which I am experiencing on Box.

Comments: Happy I found this years ago. When I was a teacher, I would put student documents online, so they could access the notes later - and they also loved getting teh free introduction to using Box.

Pros:

I like the way it integrates. I use it with Trello. I also have a folder of all my details for when I travel, like photos of my passport, tickets and contact numbers. It means I can access these from anywhere if the world if needed.

Cons:

Nothing. It's a great product and works really well. There's nothing to complain about with Box

Backup files to the cloud with Box!

Pros:

Has made it easy for us to securely store files. We can easily collaborate and share files and documents with others. Also i like it’s strong security in the cloud.

Cons:

It is great for secure file sharing and collaboration, nothing that I dislike towards it.

Box...Up All Your Files

Comments: I really like Box as a cloud storage system. The best feature is how multiple users can work on the same document, even simultaneously, and this does not affect the final saved version.

Pros:

A single place where all documents can be reached.

Cons:

Sometimes...and I do mean sometimes, it can be a bit laggy.

It is very easy to move and share files with others. Also it is perfect for cloud storage and it has an easy to understand interface.

Its very easy to share documents. It had good vwrsion history as well. I can update it online or download amd upload the revised document later

Cons:

Searching dor doxuments is a little tedious. Also it gives a generic error message if a document is not found or if you dont have access to it.
