MRI Angus a Productive Tool

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: This software is helpful and can easily deal issues in a most productive outcome or result.

Pros:

Navigation and user friendly even to new users and not quite computer savvy individuals.

Cons:

There is none so far even in many years of dealing this software. It is perfect in the environment where I am dealing with.

Basic but gets the job done

3.0 4 months ago

Comments: User friendly software just lacks some abilities that would be useful.

Pros:

Ease of use on the computer and simple in field mobile app

Cons:

Lack of ability to create hierarchy. Equipment with multiple pieces are not able to be associated with one another. Lacking spare parts inventory and equipment associations. On demand work doesn't give the technician the ability to make more than a single entry. Sometimes corrective work (in my opinion should be coded as corrective and not on demand preventative) takes multiple techs more than one entry to execute a repair or even just capturing data on equipment.

Director of Operations

Comments: This product was simply not the appropriate CMMS for our operations. This product is geared more towards apartments or other rental complex facilities. We are a state government facility.

Pros:

The Angus AnyWhere product is relatively inexpensive.

Cons:

This product is not applicable to our business.

Streamline Tenant Work Orders

4.0 5 years ago

Comments: Angus saves a lot of time talking on the phone with tenants. Instead they just submit their request and the work is dispatched immediately. I recommend Angus for any property management company that has multiple tenants.

Pros:

Angus makes communication between the tenant and management very quick and painless. When our engineering staff receives a request from a tenant we are able to hold the engineer accountable for completing the task in a timely manner.

Cons:

Setting up our PM schedules took a very long time. Wish there was an easier way to enter in every piece of building equipment.

Easy to use

5.0 7 years ago

Pros:

System makes it easy to submit work orders for our office. Easy to track and generate date range for viewing.

Cons:

It would great if one could export reports from generated date range. User experience could use some updating.

Needs some new features

3.0 5 years ago

Comments: I think their customer service is quick and helpful. As a relatively new user, I have learned the basics pretty quickly.

Pros:

It’s a helpful way to track our property work orders, tenant announcements and equipment. Our maintenance staff and tenants can communicate with each other in a clear way.

Cons:

I wish we could sync our angus system with another software we use called Hub. It would allow our tenants to submit work orders, room reservations and get notifications all from one program.

Complicated

2.0 7 years ago

Pros:

What I like most about this software is that I am sure it's capable of tracking many things and being very useful for an organization

Cons:

What I least like about this software is how many different steps it would take for me to enter a work order complete a work order or update a work order.

Comments: I used Angus for over a year in my previous job in property management. We used Angus to communicate and place work orders for our tenants. Wish there was a calendar to see when tasks were scheduled. Did not love.

Comments: Extremely easy to use. Great customer support. Preferred over agilis smartwork. Navigating is simple and tracking and recording is a breeze.
