Comments: When i switched a couple of years ago i don't think i appreciated what a good choice i made. Agdata staff are unbelievable, don't rest on your laurels. The transition to Single touch payroll with us farmers must have been very daunting. I only write this review because of the horror stories i hear from other companies.
Pros:
Agdata consistently provide a great product. Their phone support is brilliant considering the pressures of single touch payroll. The choice of their partners in KEYPAY and BEAM are brilliant. We only have 2 - 4 employees and can't speak highly enough of the way phoenix, keypay and beam integrated. No-one can expect it to be seamless but the end result has been far better than expected.
Cons:
Not much as probably do not use it to it's full potential.
