Skykick Cloud backup for Office 365
Comments: Very happy with this tool, we sell it as addon on Microsoft 365. Backups of Exchange online and Sharepoint as backup as a service (MSP)
Pros:
Saas tool, perfect for Managed Service Providers. Integration with Microsoft 365 works perfect. Cloudconsole!
Cons:
In fact nothing, it works like expected. maybe the support, in the US is outside our timezone!

Comments: Replaces the need for clunky onsite backup units and user interface is exceptional

Easy and fast to deploy, suits single use and multi site use just as easily
Cons:
Support integration with storage vendors could be improved

Comments: It was excellent for the first 2 years or so, but once the charges started getting higher and higher it lost its value
Pros:
It is very easy to use and you can find data to restore quickly
Cons:
It is a pity that backup for e-mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Groups are charged as serperate products, which adds up quickly to the overall Microsoft365 backup solution
