Powerful email signature tool for an affordable price

Comments: This is a great solution for small or large companies alike that want to standardize and manage their email signatures. The nice thing about these signatures is that it doesn't get blocked by many modern spam or email filtering system. I have been using this solution for over 5 years and recommend it to all of my clients.

Pros:

Easy to use and setup and deploy to many users. It is nice that it gives the end user the ability to update their own signature information which automatically updates to the outlook client and 0365 web client if you have the local desktop app installed. There are no server configuration settings needed, it just works. Also, if you want graphical changes made to a signature, the response time from the development team is phenominal.

Cons:

The local desktop agent doesn't auto-update, so you have to go to website to manually update the software. I was running an older version so this may have been resolved now in the newest release.

I recommend Dynasend

Comments: We've used Dynasend for years across several versions of the product. The current O365 integration makes it really easy for us to enforce consistent brand guidelines in our organization. Issues are few and far between and when/if we have them, they get resolved faster than issues at any of our other vendors.

Pros:

Dynasend responds incredibly quickly to questions, feature requests, and troubleshooting issues

Cons:

Some edits feel like they should be self-service but require opening up a ticket for changes. That said, those tickets are handled extremely quickly

I wish it was easier to update the main signature image instead of having to email it directly to Dynasend to update, although [sensitive content hidden] is always quick and responsive when I do. It would just be nice to do myself.

Very Pleased from an IT Perspective

Comments: Working with Rex at Dynasend has made my job as IT Manager much easier. He works with us to create and arrange signature logos where they look professional and can make any changes we need updated very quickly. The signatures are automated so it saves us time not having to update ourselves. I highly recommend them for your signature needs for both computer and smart phone.

Pros:

Our company has used Dynasend for 9 years. What I like most is the immediate response to anything we need regarding updating or changing our signatures, or basically with any help we need.

Cons:

I actually can't think of anything I dislike about them.

Although everything is great. But if there could be a centralized connection to office365 and signatures automatically updates on the devices if changes are made to signatures on dynasend, that would be amazing.

Superb signature system

Comments: Quite an overall positive experience with Dynasend.

Pros:

The new platform makes it easy to create new a signature within seconds, without having to host banners elsewhere. And I really appreciate the quick & reliable customer support.

Cons:

It can be a bit confusing to navigate and knowing where to assign banners/signatures. But with time and a handful of attempts, it's now pretty simple to grasp.
