Great product with excellent features on Privilege management
Pros:
Loved the ability to users to remote desktop or ssh etc into servers without giving any passwords out. UI looked good as well.
Cons:
Support seemed somewhat delayed in their response to our queries, hence us never getting past the trial stage.
