Poorly maintained app
Comments: The application feels like it's the first release, not tested and then ignored. I'd be surprised if it's still in business by year end. It's a shame, as there's not much on offer for self managed land lords in that price range.
Pros:
As a Landlord managing a single property, the pricepoint and feature set seemed reasonable.
Cons:
Despite appearing well featured, many of the features didn't connect or update throughout the application. Help documentation was not fleshed out - just obvious extentions of the titles for each section. There was no support response from multiple attempts to elicit info about bugs or to merely understand how a feature should work.
