Pros:

ChannelSale is one of the best & easiest multi-channel e-commerce software solutions that you can use to manage online multi-channel product listings, inventory, & much more. Great customer support, Extremely knowledgeable, and experienced. I will surely recommend it to all.

Cons:

No cons. Overall great experience with this software.

Comments: My experience with ChannelSale was very productive. I must admit that I signed in mainly because I was lured by the price package for the services. 249$ per month for the wealth of all inclusive benefits looked awesome in comparison with certain other e commerce solution providers that charge by the 1000s.

Pros:

Through my experience, I feel that they are relatively hassle free service provider.

Cons:

You wish to avail anything over and above what your package permits, you may have to cough up a little more cash for it.

Comments: I have cancelled this service or at least am trying to. They do answer emails promptly, but it takes weeks to address am issue and then it is not fixed.

Pros:

I can not think of anything I like about this software other than the price.

Cons:

Communication is very difficult. The techs try their best but they are difficult to understand due to the thick accent. They promised to integrate all of our marketplaces within 10 days. Almost 10 moths later that has not happened. Order shipping addresses are scrambled, items were not listed on market places as promised. I feel as if we were an experiment.

Dear Susan, We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We did try following up with you via email & phone, there was no response. We see that you were facing issues with communication. This was addressed in the first month of your subscription when you found Sunny a bit difficult to understand then we assigned Yogesh as his tone is much neutral and his rate of speech is significantly lower. We are happy to assign an alternate point of contact with even better communication skills to ensure you receive best possible service. As mentioned on our previous email, we have successfully completed the setup from BigCommerce store to Sears, Bonanza, Newegg, Google, Wish, Rakuten of which Rakuten is deactivated. We have one ticket open for Bonanza and you had recently stated some SKUs were not listed on Newegg for which we are awaiting access. Sales review shows monthly sales have increased from in October, November, December 2020. We request you to get in touch with us.

Worst Multi-Channel Software Company You Could Pick

Comments: ChannelSale is the worst software provider you can find. We signed up with them and then MONTHS went by without anything working. That is not an over-exaggeration... not one single order came through correctly. Pricing was off at every field (total, subtotal, tax) and the order statuses were wrong. They dont do any internal testing when there is a problem, so they use your customers as guinea pigs. They also dont offer refunds - even if the customer had nothing to do with the error. If you are looking at other companies, save yourself time and aggravation by choosing one of them. ANY other company.

Pros:

Nothing. Not one single thing. Their pricing is decent, but many other providers offer similar price points.

Cons:

Not an over-exxageration.... everything. Service, support, functionality... all of it. Nothing went correct from day one.

We do see that the earlier eBay order export to BigCommerce (tax amount issue) had been rectified and you had confirmed the same. As per our records, this concern was highlighted to our team on September 30th. Immediately our development team was deployed on this issue for 3 consecutive days. On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of October, our developers diagnosed, fixed and tested the issue for you to confirm it was fixed as per your satisfaction. Our support team does not generally place test orders on any marketplace but as an exception, our team went out of the way and placed few test orders. As per our email records, we see that our team did try following up with you to confirm if any further assistance would be required, there was no response. channelsale is totally disaster software-avoid-Avoid

Comments: bad bad ,BAD

Pros:

Nothing, None it is excel sheet-based software, No smart features. It increases your job 10 times . We signed this to automate listings, instead, we had to enter all data manually for each and every listing, and after all that effort system failed to publish items. They only managed to publish 15 items manually in 1.5 months. This is totally disaster software.stay away

Cons:

channelsale is totally disaster software.I lost thousands of dollars due to them. They exported out-of-stock products at pennies price to Amazon. They were never able to publish items on Walmart and Amazon. Never go near this company. My Amazon account almost got suspended due to a higher rate of cancellations. The whole system is on excel sheets only.No no GUI-based page, They live in the 50th century. Major flaws. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
