Comments: PeopleMatter is easy to use. 90 percent of it is self explanatory.

Pros:

I love the ease of tracking employees and candidates.

Cons:

I don't like the fact that we have to send certain emails to our potential employees multiple times before they get it.

The main functions are amazing I need to learn more on how to use this program

Comments: I like people matter because the application pool that we have also

Pros:

I love that we have a way to keep up with employees, the background checks to keep us safe

Cons:

The onboarding process is a pain in the butt. I wish there was an easier way to start a new employee

Pros:

Transfer or records and information was easy. A lot of customisable exporting.

Cons:

Unfortunately we've had problems with glitches and the product loading / timing out.

Good Software for training, onboarding, hiring

We like to use the training, onboarding and hiring features of this software.

Cons:

We do not use the scheduling feature and sometimes the log in or speed of the system isn't the best.
