Reviews of Agility System
Remove manual steps
Comments: My team and I like Agility application. We have to listen to our Leadership and end users, so it is important Agility evolve to align with different company requirements. We have to lean our processes and remove unnecessary manual steps so any feedback that can be taken into account for improving the usage of Agility are always welcome. We are now providing familiarization for new starts and have started refreshers so the end users can understand the design and the expectations when using Agility.
Pros:
Ability to design your overviews and display documents where you need to. Easy to send for review and approval. Can restrict access to "a" document. Be self sufficient to grant or remove access.
Cons:
Constructively I would suggest improvements. Task digest, email notification, admin reports, feedback, etc. Also we might not used some functionalities as we should or maybe we don't know!
Superby Business Management System
Comments: I have been using this system for more than ten years. It is easy to use, reliable, controllable and easy to organise. I have used another system that was more complicated and each upload took time to complete. Agility is a lot faster.
Pros:
Process Maps / Swimlanes - a simple way to display the process and attach everything you need to complete that process. Clearly shows who is involved and who is responsible.
Cons:
Keeping on top of the licences, but that is more our problem than Agility's.
My Experience with Agility
Comments: Great system to show off how to comply to the ISO Standards and great idea for roles and responsibilities for all areas of the business, documents all in one place, the Go To system!
Pros:
Process Maps are a much simpler way to show our processes and for others to understand how they fit in to that process, giving clear roles and responsibilities. Great tool for new starters too.
Cons:
Storage of native files (documents) so they are worked on directly in or through Agility so not storing on a shared drive. Although the shared drive is restricted to just Admins you rely on the Admins archiving the previous document before updating. Another plus point for this would be that the document auto populates with the document revision and not replying on Admins to manually type to match what Agility says. The other area for improvement would be Businessport partners, some outstanding issues from over 12 months +. Businessport support desk for Agility itself gives an excellent service.
A solid reliable partner
Comments: An integral part of our day-to-day activities
Pros:
Easy to use once established and user base are trained
Cons:
No negatives after 20 years of use, along the years any bumps in the road we have sorted in conjunction with Business Port
Agility - full compliance management
Pros:
Agility system is easy to use, maintain and administrate. It provides a great value for our operations. We use it as our compliance system to make sure all procedures are published, available and ready to be used for our employees when needed both onshore and offshore
Cons:
Integration possibilities with other systems. How to get data extracted from Agility and use in other systems.
Management System
Pros:
Familiarity between versions for users. Periodic reviews. Feedback functionality
Cons:
Limited reports. Workflow not suitable for our use. Having to start again with periodic review s when [sensitive content hidden] leave. More reports to be made available.
