CSM for an MSP in RI
Comments: The main part I use on the RMM is the reporting tool - and I do wish that this experience was a bit more user friendly. Since this integrates with tools, would be great to see that on the reporting side.
Pros:
I truly like the ease to remote into a device - this is probably the BEST feature and most important. Coming from an LSP, we would use things like any connect or TEAMS but with having this RMM tool we can get into ANY of our devices which helps our clients immediately instead of in 2-3 business days.
Cons:
I wish it was able to see ALL the devices a client has not just workstations and servers.
New to RMM, but enjoying it.
Comments: RMM, has so far, been a joy to work with. It contains 95% of the features we're used to, with a nice handful of handy additions which help us even more. My experience with it i very positive so far and I feel sure that we made the right move from Labtech/Automate.
Pros:
We came across from Labtech, and he difference is like night and day. RMM feels fresh, is quick in its feel and encourages my team to use the software, as they enjoy doing so.
Cons:
The tech support isn't very instant. Chatting is easy to do, but more often than not, it has to escalated. And then, you an be waiting for days for a response. I am currently onboarding a lot of clients so need instant answers to my queries.
ConnectWise RMM helps me manage all my IT assets smoothly and easily.
Pros:
Great remote monitoring and management capabilities, easy to use interface.
Cons:
Sometimes the interface is a bit slow, could use some performance improvements.

Comments: overall I like the system we are improving our internal processes and able to handle more.
Pros:
Responsiveness of the system, cloud hosted, integration with connectwise, screen connect
Cons:
Support, or lack thereof onboarding was a joke, i learned it all myself as the onboarding team didn't schedule anything. if its doable within the system support can walk you through it. if you get the development team needs to look into this (happens all the time) you will never hear from them again. there are a few features that are not working (suppressing alerts, moving clients, etc).

I love the remote control feature and the ability to schedule maintenance tasks. It saves me a lot of time!

The user interface feels a bit outdated and can be confusing to navigate at times. Would love to see a more modern design.

A great RMM solution
Comments: Overall a great product which provides us with a lot more than our previous rmm solution did.
Pros:
The ability to have remote access, patch management, asset management, antivirus and backup solutions like acronis or connectwise's BDR solution all in one place.
Cons:
The web portal can definitely use some improvements, specifically when it comes to performance and updating it's reporting.
This has been a really solid product and a step up from our old RMM

The ability to email from tickets, have multiple contacts per location, and detailed notes.
Cons:
I'm not a huge fan of the way it keeps track of time, but it's manageable.
