IBI-aws hat unsere Abläufe optimiert

Comments: Zielorientierte Info über Wartungen, Störungen, Brandalarme, etc. möglich.
Hohe Akzeptanz im Unternehmen. "IBI" ist bei uns mittlerweile ein Begriff wie "Google" mit dem jeder etwas anfangen kann.
Sehr einfache EInrichtung bzw. Übernahme des Testsystems in Produktion

Pros:

Durch die AD-Abindung sind praktisch alle Rechner/Personen/SW zu erreichen. Was früher über tausende, nicht zielgerichtete Mails gegangen ist, rennt jetzt über IBI. Wenn eine Wartung mal länger dauert, wird dies ebenfalls über die Statusmeldung in IBI kommuniziert.

Cons:

Habe bisher nichts gefunden, mit dem ich nicht leben könnte.

Schnelle und einfache Störungsmeldungen

Comments: Durch die Störungsmeldungen wird der IT Service Desk beim Callvolumen spürbar entlastet.

Pros:

Bei IT-Störungen können Anwender schnell und einfachauf ihrem Bildschirm informiert werden.

Cons:

Der Aufruf des Clients zum Einstellen der Meldungen braucht etwas Zeit.

Keep it simple

Comments: zielgerichtete Informationsverbreitung der Software-Anwender, zB schnelle Wartungsankündigung.

Pros:

die Integration dieser Software ist sehr simpel und die Anwendung einfach in der Bedienung.

Cons:

eigentlich nicht. "Nice to have" wenn es technisch umsetzbar ist, wäre die Möglichkeit Screenshots in AWS Meldungen zu verpacken.
