SAP Customer Experience Review: Enhancing Business Success through Seamless Customer Interactions
Comments: In order to manage client interactions and enhance sales procedures, I got the chance to use SAP client Experience during my internship in the university's pharmaceutical product development and research department. The program turned out to be a useful tool because it allowed for individualized interactions with clients and gave us a unified perspective of their journey. We were able to efficiently streamline our efforts and nurture prospects because to the powerful marketing automation features. Our ability to make data-driven decisions was made possible by the integration of SAP Customer Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud. All things considered, SAP client Experience was extremely important in improving our client engagement methods and raising our sales efficiency.
Pros:
For companies looking for complete CRM solutions, SAP Customer Experience offers a variety of benefits. A unified view of customers across all touchpoints is made possible by its strong customer data management capabilities, enabling tailored and targeted interactions. Effective client involvement is made possible by the software's potent marketing automation features, which also include lead nurturing and campaign management. The seamless integration of SAP Customer Experience with other SAP products, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud, guarantees a smooth data flow and makes it possible to gain real-time insights for wise decision-making. Furthermore, the platform's flexibility and scalability enable organizations to expand and react to changing client demands.
Cons:
Although SAP Customer Experience has many advantages, there are a few things to bear in mind. The implementation procedure can be difficult and time-consuming, necessitating knowledge and careful planning. Additionally, small firms with tight budgets can find the software's pricing structure excessive. A severe learning curve has been mentioned by some users, especially when configuring advanced features and customizations. Last but not least, the platform's considerable capabilities can produce a complicated user interface, necessitating appropriate training and continuing support. These restrictions are, however, outweighed by the software's extensive features and scalability, which surpass its short-term drawbacks.
Why SAP CRM is better when it works with others.
Pros:
I think that the idea of SAP CRM is brilliant, a way to house and store data so that your company can really get a handle of data mining which theoretically would allow you to plan and be more proactive vs reactive. Once you get the hang of the screens it is easy to understand how to accomplish what you're trying to input into SAP CRM. The system is really set up to help you try and capture the most relevant information to your business.
Cons:
As I said the idea of SAP CRM is brilliant but from my experience (and it could be the way my company chose to implement it) the use of so many different platforms that don't actually talk to one another is a ridiculous way to implement any data capturing tool. We had to export from two different systems of SAP CRM and then load it into a BIOD just to get the information to talk to each other and make any sense. And even then the project itself was a long and exhausting process because trying to figure out the language it speaks in the Order Entry system vs. the Customer Inquiry system isn't the same and you have to force it to mesh the data together. The screens are cumbersome and not user friendly. There are so many different ways you need to input information to get to the screen that you actually want you need a manual for literally everything you have to do because it takes that many steps. I think SAP CRM would benefit from focus groups for their North American business partners. Not everyone does business the same but North America has big business's that would greatly benefit from this type of system if it were easier to understand and implement on a day to day basis.
GREAT CRM Program
Comments: It was really great and helped in the customer experience I provided to my clients at that time.

I loved the user friendly options that SAP provided. I was new manager when I started using the program so that really help.

Occasionally, SAP would run really slowly. Making it difficult to input items quickly.
Getting customer feedback is incredible now.

Pros:
Our company relies on customer feedback and appreciate it greatly. We can get the customer feedback via email and also when they visit us. The dashboard is great to use and easy to navigate. Also rapid deployment solution is a huge addition to the features.
Cons:
The customer support team needs to be more fast when contacted. Sometimes the application does error in cloud run.
SAP Review

I would definitely use this tool again.
Pros:
As I said in a review I did before, I worked with other SAP systems or similar to this one to improve the experience of the clients we had in a small company, and it must be said that this one, like others, I liked a lot because of its functions in specific areas, such as: marketing, e-commerce, sales and customer service. Also another pretty good point about this tool was that it provided us with powerful analysis and reporting tools, which allowed us to gain valuable insight into the performance of their customer experience strategies.
Cons:
I must admit that strange as it may seem, I did not find anything negative about this tool.
provides real-time insights and analytics

SAP Customer Experience provides a comprehensive suite of solutions that can help businesses manage all aspects of the customer journey, from marketing and sales to customer service and support.

The software requires ongoing maintenance and updates, which may require additional resources and support.

Ease of use, Cloud based so no impact on local storage capacity. "Intelligent" information which proved highly effective
Cons:
All positives experiences to date using this tool

The system has a completeness to it, almost every part of our needs have been considered.
Cons:
The implementation takes quite a while for all users to get settled in.
Engnineer in SAP
Pros:
A multitude of functions that can be used on a daily basis.

It is quite complicated, has a lot of functions, but you need to know the names of these transactions in order to use them.
World Class Product
Comments: Excellent product
Pros:
Excellent features, and quick and easy to handle.
Cons:
More graphical view, would have been more success to this product
Understand the customers and proactively find their needs with SAP Customer Experience
Comments: It is an excellent tool for us to maintain excellent customer relations. If you are using it regularly, you can easily understand what you should do next for customers.
Pros:
It is an excellent tool for tracking the customer relationship because of its multiple channels and customizable tools.
Cons:
It is not easy to use if you are not relevant with the SAP. However, after you are familiar with the interface everything is easier.
Too much for too little
Comments:
In the end I have to say that he did his job.
A normal CRM with standard functionality, considering that in 2019 there are less noble platforms, much more performing and definitely less expensive.
Pros:
A few things in my opinion. I used this CRM for 2 years because the company I was working on had implemented it as a partner. I must say that as a discrete expert of CRM software this is the absolute worst that I have ever used. And for what it costs, I really don't think it's worth it.
Cons:
Limited functionality, especially considering the cost per license. Quite closed system, difficult to integrate with third-party systems. Assistance almost non-existent, slow and non-conclusive.
Convenient and accessible
Pros:
Its allows you to process cash transaction in real-time. It provides the ease of tracking volume of transaction on a day to day basis. In addition, it aids the audit of possible theft and fraud transaction.
Cons:
The license for the system is very costly. Also, one person at a time can use it. Multiple usage is not possible so you have to wait for the other user for you to proceed with your transaction.
SAP CRM
Pros:
data is easy to view and input, functionality meets the needs of our business especially sales monitoring, pipelines, product listings especially when sales team needs to be updated on the latest prices
Cons:
complicated to use. its a hassle to use especially when you are out of the office and internet is slow. when there is a lag you need to redo the process from the start. we wish there was an offline mode. when we input new clients, new accounts all details are lost when the internet drops and you are unable to save.
SAP CRM
Comments: I have had a very good experience with this tool because it allows me to leave notes on each of the tickets and in the future I can use them to validate information and resolve the client's failure more quickly. The tickets that I create in SAP CRM are to solve glitches in clioentes so I use it daily to be able to do this in a frayed and simple way.
Pros:
I use it every day to create incidents of clients that report failure in their internet or telephone service and I like them a lot that is quite simple to manage and in turn you can have a large database of each ticket that you create because everything is stored.
Cons:
In some cases the tool hangs and takes time to update.
It connects many other systems making it a very functional program.
Pros:
I really like that I'm able to make orders that can automatically be handled by our production team, that are in a different town.
Cons:
It takes a lot of effort to install this in your company, and it's so difficult that you need experts to adjust settings.
Best software to connect data of a organization
Comments: I'm using this for the procurement and purchasing purposes in our organization. It's very easy to update to the system and get approval through system as well
Pros:
Can enter data and use to connect all the stations of a organization
Cons:
Nothing much I dislike about the SAP system
Very Compatible to user
Comments: Very much satisfied.
Pros:
SAP CRM 7 hosted on web. That is most interesting thing.
Cons:
Sometime it run little slow as it is hosed on web so speed should be improved
Inventory management at its best
Pros:
Once you have the correct access and TCodes SAP is a powerful beast. I use SAP daily to keep an eye on inventory locations and my team is able to refurbish service equipment using SAPs processes as well keep their time and materials used for said work.
Cons:
SAP isn't the prettiest software as I know that might sway someone one way or the other but if you are looking for a powerful tool then it is the industry leader. It is also very clicky and the learning curve to the software is a long one but once you do your tasks a few times you won't need your notes much.
Horrendous U/I and immensely slower to operate than competitors
Comments: More than a year beyond implementation normal tasks in a sales jobs average taking 50% longer than they did with a different program. I wouldn't recommend purchasing SAP's CRM software unless your goal is to piss off your top sales people and push them towards leaving for a competitor
Pros:
The software has the "capability" of doing many things and being a one stop shop.
Cons:
The U/I is atrocious is difficult to navigate even for young tech savvy people. Doing simple tasks can easily take 50% longer than they did before even years after implementation.
SAP CRM is powerful, but lagging behind
Comments: I was part of the implementation team that implemented SAP at my company and a consultant at 2 other clients. This is a powerful software that can transform company’s customer service if you follow best practices.
Pros:
Configuring SAP is always challenging but CRM module is relatively easy. It’s web UI is Easy to use and highly recommended for companies running sap already.
Cons:
Tweaking or making new changes in a live system is both risky and difficult. If you are an expert in web interface and programming, it’s still easier.
Make sure it is implemented properly, or it will never be correct
Comments: It is good for issuing and dispatching service techs based on customer requests. Still need ECC to manage consumption through a 3rd party interface, Oracle is a much more streamlined system.
Pros:
The interface is clean and friendly to any computer literate person. Different roles can be created for users to limit what they interact with and what menus they have available.
Cons:
The ability to interface with SAP-ECC is terrible. Tracking consumption is almost non-existent, to get what you would consider normal functionality the price starts escalating. The master data setup is different in CRM than in ECC - so you will have discrepancies and extra workload to keep your data clean.
Great for tracking work
Pros:
It makes keeping inventory for unstarted, WIP, and finished goods separate easy.
Cons:
It takes a minute to learn, but that's the case with about every piece of new software.
