Easily the best review generation app

Comments: By far the best review request tool that is designed with one thing in mind - efficiency. Simple user interface, quick way to add request contacts, and im getting more responses with True Review than a number of other "highly reputable" review apps out there, and for a fraction of the cost. I'm told integrations are coming which will only make things that much more automated.

Pros:

Incredibly simple to use, highly effective, and has drastically increased our review count across the board.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about the software.

Fantastic Review Platform - Easy and works flawlessly!

Pros:

Love that everything is automated. After every transaction, you can choose how long afterwards for the automatic review request to send. A couple minutes, hours, whatever. I love the look of berthing is general. The user side and the customer side - it’s very clean and professional looking. You can also manually send the requests if you don’t went to have them sent automatically. Just a few seconds to put the customers name and phone and/or email, and done. You can also upload all your previous customers database to send them review requests. And you can set it up, for future customers, that it automatically creates/uploads their contact info in your true review dashboard automatically, so no need to upload any future customers to your database manually after the initial set up. Since using this software for about the past month, I’ve gotten tons of reviews for my solo operated business and it’s been fantastic! Besides the platform itself being great, perhaps the best part was how helpful [sensitive content hidden] was with the initial set up. He was very helpful and made it very easy and quick to get things rolling, within the same day. He did pretty much everything for me. He was excellent with email and phone call communication, very polite and professional, I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service. I looked at over 10 similar review platforms and did plenty of demos. TrueReview was the easiest and best looking and best working in my opinion. Save yourself some time and go with these guys at TrueReview, I think you’ll be very happy with the service! 10 out of 10 for me!

Cons:

Nothing I can think of! Everything had been rolling in the background seamlessly without having to do anything at all after set up!

Success with TrueReview!

Comments: Not only has platform become essential in our practice. The team at TrueReview are responsive. You can actually get someone on the telephone who will help you through things if you can’t figure it out on your own. Just can’t go wrong here.

Pros:

Interface is quite easy to use. And the experience by the user is super smooth. These days, as a physician, reviews are critical to practice growth. TrueReview has helped me by leaps and bounds.

Cons:

Would be nice if they had a direct interface with the practice management system that I use.

Great For Small Business!!!

Comments: Great software and easy to use for all parties.

Pros:

Ease of use for our clients. Simple, straight forward and direct approach for leaving reviews makes clients want to leave reviews. We have a higher engagement rate since implementing TruReview!

Cons:

To many upcharges for additional features. Should have some reporting options to keep track of requests and submissions.

The feature on creating contacts and making requests. My experience was I cannot able to find information on my scheduled requests.

Game Changer for your Business to easily increase your customer reviews!

Comments: 5 star experience overall, the technology is easy to use right away and our specific contact [sensitive content hidden] has been ultra responsive. He responded right away when we had a couple questions and their team has offered helpful tips to help us get even more reviews. This is a game changer for our business!

Pros:

TrueReview was the solution our business has been searching for increase our Google review traction. We previously attempted an email from our CRM and did not produce results. We were fortunate to find TrueReview, had a intro call with [sensitive content hidden] to learn about their process and enrolled in their free trial. The interface is simple and user friendly. In less than 1 week using their service, our company received more Google reviews than the previous 2.5 years on our own. Thank you for making the process incredibly easy and our whole team is fired up to ramp up our reviews moving forward!

Cons:

I honestly don't have any negative constructive feedback. I only wish we discovered them years ago, but fortunately we can use their platform to send review requests to all prior customers.

Money Well Spent, My Customers are So Happy

Comments: Customer service is wonderful. I was clear on all the features of tru review after my first call. Website is easy to naviate

Pros:

After one month of using True Review my google rating went from 4.1 to 4.2. It allows me to interact with my customers and to fix any issues they may have.

Cons:

Nothing, I love everything about it and more

Easiest Review Automation Out

Comments: Easy to use, effective, and overall a great product

Pros:

Ease of use and the ability to send a campaign out to multiple people at once.

Cons:

It needs to link to more review sites like Facebook

Purpose-built and well-designed software

Comments: Switched from another review management software to this one and have never looked back!

Pros:

Well designed UX and user interface makes it super easy to run personalized campaigns

Cons:

It's sort of confusing how to disable the SMS portion of the campaign and set messaging accordingly

Best user-friendly review tool

Pros:

TrueReview is the easiest, user-friendly tool to gather 4 and 5 star reviews. You can either upload a list or use as a follow-up tool after seeing a customer.

Cons:

Sometimes when uploading a list, it will duplicate and I have to manually remove each person.

One main thing I do not like about True Review is the contract we have to get each customer to sign to be able to send SMS Message Review Links.

The user experience on the campaigns it a bit clunky but not hard to figure out.

An easy review site to work with

You do need to pay more to have different review prompts, it would be nice to be able to customize each review based on why you are sending it.

Pros:

We're just getting started with TrueReview but are already getting valuable responses from our clients.
