Groundcloud experience

Pros:

The GPS is the main attraction. The fact that you basically send anyone anywhere with this tablet is great

Cons:

I would love it if you could put some type of notes when your planning your route that after this stop I need to turn around. When you hit mark delivered and go the GPS doesn't remember what way you were heading or what your route flow was. So pulling over or into a parking lot can really confuse some drivers when they goto leave to know which direction they should head if their not experienced on that area

Best FedEx Contractor Tool

Comments: GC has drastically improved the efficiencies in my business and driven larger margins. I has helped my managers stay more organized and top of the important contract aspects I want them focused on.

Pros:

All in one app, do not have to use anything else to manage my business end to end. Routing, tracking, compliance, etc.

Cons:

Better apartment routing option. Subzones are great for business suites and gates codes, etc. However it is not the greatest solution for apartment routing.

Ground is Decent

Pros:

Tracking of Fleet and route optimazation.

Cons:

Arranging manifests and syncing devices

Accountability at my fingertips

Comments: This has been a very positive impact on my relationship with my drivers and management team. This program is East to use and very helpful.

Pros:

The fact that I can manage my team, my fleet, and my finances makes this software a key player in the success of my business.

Cons:

Really nothing I can think of has a negative impact on the operation of my business. The software just keeps improving and improving

Pros:

The product is extremely easy to use. A lot of the features are extremely helpful when it comes to fleet management, keeping track of vehicle, maintenance, and assisting drivers throughout their day by getting them to each stop and helping the sequence each day.

Cons:

Sometimes the GPS is off. Do you are you wearing on his?

Ground Cloud is a game changer

Comments: Overall great customer service and great features. The program really helps us run a good company.

Pros:

Route stats is a great tool to assist in your everyday management of your fleet and how routes should be ran each day. This feature also allows you to compare year to year to assist in peak planning.

Cons:

Not many features I dislike except that I am having an issues with assigning drivers in the driver schedule and route schedule section. I have to fill out the schedule twice becomes very redundant. There seems to be a bug but GC is aware and looking into the situation.

I wish it had a mobile app for admins instead of having to use the web browser each time

Of all the products on the market for P&D contractors, GroundCloud is hands down the best. The have the best products and great customer service.

Cons:

Maybe have some videos we can show the drivers so they know how to use all the features that the custom routing can do for them. Make them run their routs more efficiently.

Cons:

Stop plotting and best road direction to drive on route for optimum efficiency are sometimes still suspect for use for new drivers not familiar with area.

Comments: We have been able to pass every audit that has been thrown at us because of the time tracking with groundcloud which in return keeps us all employed. It’s so easy to provide FedEx with our records that are kept within the software.

Pros:

This software is so easy to use even for beginners groundcloud has helped to make them successful from their very first day delivering packages. It keeps us in compliance with every aspect of our business.

Cons:

There are some things that could be better with the software but in my opinion groundcloud is working everyday to make changes and updates to the software that’s keeps them one step ahead of their competitors.

Pros:

The up to date KI numbers (real time). Specific KI that is in violation and when!!

Cons:

Different from the competitor so it takes a day to learn.

Having everything in one place and having a company that stays out front & on the cutting edge of the many changes we as FedEx Ground contractors face.

Cons:

I would like the VEDR coaching to be automated. Additionally, I would like to see more "workplace safety" in the safety training options to help us offset workplace injuries.

Comments: GroundCloud has become a vital tool in my operation. Customer service has also been great at solving problems quickly.

Pros:

GroundCloud significantly reduces the time and cost associated with training new and experienced drivers.

Cons:

I am very pleased with the software. There is nothing that I would change at the moment.

Great Company

Comments: 10 out of 10. I view them as a valuable partner in my business. The team is great and [sensitive content hidden] is a great leader who I feel has our best interest at heart!

Pros:

I love the customer support team. They are always helpful. I never get off the phone with out my questioned answered.

Cons:

That’s hard. I like everything. The only slightly negative I can give this team is I really liked the performance metrics that were free but now cost a lot. I wish they could have offered a pro-lite version that keep the performance metrics but didn’t have the payroll feature so that I could have kept that feature.

Product is easy to use, drivers life's are much easier using groundcloud and makes getting them out on the road faster and safer

Cons:

Can get expensive when you pay by driver and vedr separately, a cheaper group bundle would be nice

Comments: The service and product have been very good for a tough industry.

This softwares makes all drivers have the ability to a seamless day. Easy to use and implement, plus great bonus programs for fleet management.

Cons:

It is time consuming to get drivers enrolled and their own account, but once it is up and running very easy to use.

When using the desktop version on safari, whenever you select something from the menu on the left, there is no option to go back. If you press the backspace you, then have to scroll back down and reselect what you were Just in.

Software helped our business evolve

Comments: Couldn't be happier. We have recommended it to everyone we interact with in our industry. There is no other tool that provides nearly as many features as GroundCloud. It is pretty neat to be able to say that because they were one of the first to market and no one is even close to catching them at this point.

Pros:

It makes complex tasks simple and easy to manage. This software helps us manage multiple routes spread out across states. We always have a pulse on our business and have built our entire business processes around this tool. I couldn't imagine operating our businesses without this tool. It is/was a true game changer in our industry!

Cons:

In all very impressed with all the different features. Knit picky really, but I wish the automatically upload was more reliable. As well, I wish we could group our company into smaller teams and just let the manager dashboards, as well as communication suite, cater to a smaller/sub-team approach. Right now everything is catered to a company level, which sometimes doesn't lend well to larger organizations.

A must if you want maximize all aspects of your operation.

Pros:

Best part about GroundCloud....it pushes the needle to the highest level of performance of many aspects of my business. Driver management, time clock management, driver efficiency, driver training, safety and countless others. Takes the process of on boarding new drivers from a few weeks to a few days. That itself pays for the subscription. Unmatched customer service as well.

Cons:

There really isn't anything that I don't love about the GroundCloud service. Of course there are always small tweaks that can be made but thats the best part of all. They are open to listening to the end user and make changes that make sense.

Gives you the ability to delivery anywhere!

Pros:

You can use it anywhere. If you deliver in a unknown area, Groundcloud helps you get the job done.

Cons:

It likes to plot addresses that are on the corner on the wrong street.
