Solid service with easy setup and great options

Comments: The experience has been flawless so far. Once our printers had the app installed they never had a problem again. All of our remote users now use the app and they are very happy.

Pros:

The fact that their service team helped us move away from hard line POTs lines and ported all of our schools' fax numbers to the GoldFax service.

Cons:

The app is a little complicated to setup for home users

Easy to use and affordable cloud fax solution for a great price

Comments: We had multiple fax lines within our organization because some of our customers would still fax over order documents and purchase orders. We wanted to find a more convenient way to send and receive these faxes. eGoldFax has given us the ability to send and receive faxes via email and give each salesperson their own fax number. When faxes come into a person's fax number, they are routed directly to that person's email. We recently had a situation where a salesperson accidentally deleted a fax from their email box. When the customer contacted us to find out why their order had not been processed, we were able to go into the encrypted fax archive and recover a copy of their purchase order. With a lot of our employees working from home due to the pandemic, eGoldFax has ensured that our salespeople continue to have access to faxing even though they are no longer physically in our office. Using eGoldFax has improved the efficiency of our faxing process immensely.

Pros:

Product is easy to use so user training was minimal. We were able to eliminate our physical fax lines and save around $50+ per month, per line that we were paying for them. All faxes are archived so it enables us to go back and look up the history if someone claims that they sent us something and we didn't receive it. eGoldFax also has the ability to automatically route faxes to an email box, network folder/share or automatically print

Cons:

There is currently no option to print directly to fax but I heard they are releasing a printer driver soon to solve this

Egold Fax Review

Comments: Over all, I would recommend it to other users but warn them about the time it takes to input your contacts into the machine.

Pros:

The system is easy enough to use once all information is input into your fax machine

Cons:

The process to save a contact is time consuming. The fact of it being internet based, if your internet goes out or glitches, the fax might not be sent or received.

eGoldFax is the way to go.

Comments: Very streamline, secure, fast & reliable sending and receiving. an overall great experience! Many times, we integrate this product with our Sharp copier systems and that also works very well!

Pros:

eGoldFax is a great product that helps my customers save money on faxing and provides much better reliability than traditional fax lines. The standard features such as sending a fax from Outlook (company-wide), 10-years of archiving, and no line bottlenecks are also a huge plus to any business that faxes frequently. And the customer service from the team at eGoldFax is always incredible!

Cons:

Truly no cons that have come up for me.

E-Gold Fax User

Comments: My experience with E-Gold fax has been great. The support team is always extremally responsive whenever I have a problem related to E-gold fax. They also helped us get re-set up when we changed data centers and were immediately available.

Pros:

Easy to use, the portal gives great metrics for tracking not only where the faxes come and go but also productivity among users. I love that my team can use it while in the office or working from home.

Cons:

I wish they could integrate with our EMR. Right now we have a custom application connecting our EMR to E-Gold fax.

K-12 Education

Comments: The sales and setup teams were great! After the sale questions have also been answered quickly. The product sells itself, so it isn't hard for the eGoldFax team to sell it. Call and get a trial and you will be sold!

Pros:

Safe, secure, low cost and ease of use. It nails all four important areas.

Cons:

Nothing. If they gave it away free that would be great, but then they wouldn't be able to provide this great product.

New Start Up

The set up and implementation was fantastic, which was really appreciated for us as a new start up company.

Fantastic and Reliable Product

Comments: Excellent solution, super reliable, and just so easy to use.

Pros:

eGoldFax is incredibly easy to use as you don't even need a hard copy of the document anymore! Simply attach your doc to an email and send away!

Cons:

No complaints. Any interaction or the minimal times I've had to open as support request, the people have been fantastic and issues resolved quickly the first time around.

The customer service is excellent. Service is also reliable and easy to use.

The only thing I would change is the ability to print out fax confirmations has been asked for by many customers

Comments: eGoldFax's team provides amazing solution support when configuring, porting or expanding the product. Reliability has been high and it sufficiently digitizes an otherwise analog process. Pros:

The software is easy to use and training is robust. Support is second to none.

Cons:

There's probably a weakness or undesirable quality but we haven't found it yet.

Professional Customer Service

EGoldfax for reliable, trackable faxing

Comments: Fantastic. Amazing, responsive customer service! So fast and so friendly!

Pros:

Extreme ease of use, security, and scalability - great for mom and pop to SMB!

Cons:

User accessible address book creation on the webpage would be nice! (Admin access required now, though users can enter from a device control panel if there is an EGoldfax integration.)

A solid dependable product

Comments: GoldFax customer support is excellent. They made the migration easy. The hardest part of a migration from traditional telco POTS lines is waiting around for the telco to complete the porting. GoldFax takes care of working with the telcos, though, which is really nice.

Pros:

GoldFax is easy to setup and rollout to end users. There really is no software to install. Users send and receive faxes from within Outlook. Other than informing users how to format an email to fax address there is virtually no training needed to use GoldFax. And, the product works day in and day out.

Cons:

It would be nice if there were different levels of administrator access to the GoldFax portal. For instance read-only access is desired for help desk personnel who may need to track a fax. System administrators need full access to make system changes. Improving the interface between GoldFax and copiers would also be nice. With the current web interface its hard to tell if the connection is live, if it was set up correctly, etc.

eGoldFax - Faxing Re-Invented

Comments: We can fax from any computer in the office. Manage incoming faxes with ease. No more analog phone lines, wasted paper, fax machines, or unnecessary waiting on confirmations.

Pros:

Paperless faxing to multiple recipients at once - with automatic delivery confirmation returned to sender. Super easy - just email your electronic file to a fax number. Integration was effortless, just make the call - they do the rest.

Cons:

The only con would be less exercise not having to walk to/from the old style fax machine. You save time, money, paper, toner, printing, & filing.

Egold outbound faxing

Comments: Egold outbound faxing has given our office the ability to easily fax hundreds of faxes to other healthcare offices and pharmacies with ease.

Pros:

The ability to have a printed confirmation page was a deciding factor for our office. Quick outbound faxing is a must and Egold has provided that for our office.

Cons:

If there is an outage, immediate notification is always appreciated.

Great Support and Fast Service

Pros:

We can utilize it on the Copier machines for faxing and on the PCs in the office. It's just nice to be able to fax from anywhere. Also, their support is always very responsive and thorough with how they do things.

Cons:

I don't really have any Cons to report at this time.

The product sells itself!

Pros:

I am a vendor, and we started selling eGoldfax to our clients in 2018. The product is so easy to use, training is minimal, support is second to none when it comes to dealing with any issue.

Cons:

There are no cons that I can think of.

There aren't any EMR API's yet. We are still able to find workarounds though.

E-Fax product

Comments: Experience has been great, from learning how to use to implementing and continued management. This service has been really great for us.

Pros:

Ease of use. Implementing this to all staff was very easy. I like that we can have default fax cover sheets set for different staff/departments.

Cons:

I wish that the fax confirmation also included the fax that was sent, instead of having two documents

Pros:

eGoldFax is easy to implement and simple to use. Their customer service team is US based, very responsive, and resolves problems quickly.
