Great tool for Translation

4.0 2 years ago

Pros:

I appreciate the accuracy and reliability of Reverso's translations, as well as its provision of multiple languages, example sentences and contextual information - all of which helps me to better comprehend the meanings of words.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that a lot of the translations were not always accurate. The translations can be confusing and misleading at times.

The go to solutions for idioms and words research in international writing

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: A fast and reliable translator can support you in your writing needs, especially when you need to go in dept in single words or idioms.

Pros:

One of the best translators out there, but excels above all in searching and managing individual words. Examples from context for each word are its brand identity.

Cons:

Not the best for long text or writing styles

High Quality translation

4.0 2 years ago

Pros:

I liked how accurate and valuable is the information on the website. It's rare to find such useful tools for translation.

Cons:

The desktop tool doesn't work properly. And I really hate that I need to log in every time I want to use reverso. It would be easier if the website keeps me logged in, so no need to waste the time on it.

Best translator ever!

5.0 last year

Comments: I used it for university translations as well as personal use.

Pros:

It’s easy to use. I prefer the app than the website because sometimes it doesn’t work. It translates the word in context, it means that it shows some examples of how a word is used. Good in Italian, French, Spanish and Italian language. It copy automatically the selected text from another file.

Cons:

Sometimes it doesn’t find the perfect match but in general it’s the best translator for me.

Best translator

4.0 last year

Comments: I couldn’t do without my Reverso App on my phone or on my laptop. It’s useful when I write to foreign friends and family. Easy and fast to use.

Pros:

I use it everyday to translate words from Italian into English and Spanish and viceversa. It’s perfect for Spanish and also for English, better than Google Translator.

Cons:

Nothing. It’s perfect. And very quick to use.

Good App

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: During the time I used the application my experience was quite positive, but at the time I found a different software with better features, so I made the change.

Pros:

It is a good application and the feature that stands out the most is the grammatical correction it makes, because it corrects many of the errors that are not noticeable to non-native speakers, but that stand out to people who are native speakers.

Cons:

The only drawback that I have found so far with the application is the lack of a more extensive vocabulary, because although it is a good application lacks vocabulary and also has a very low limit of characters.

As a native French speaker, Reverso helped me a lot

5.0 3 years ago

Pros:

Before the days of Grammarly, Reverso was a hit for me. It helped me when I was taking English as a Second Language classes. This tool is not only great in that context, but also if you are in a foreign country, and you are dealing with a lot of documentations, it will be your best friend. It has a lot of relevant suggestions too.

Cons:

There are not a lot of negatives. Reverso does and will do the job. No complaints from my part.

Foreign languages one click away

4.0 4 years ago

Comments: I am not a native English speaker, so I like to enter my own sentences and check whether - once they get translated in my language - the meaning is close to what I had in mind. This has helped me many times to spot "false friends" and other inaccuracies, and has made my English smoother and more readable.

Pros:

Reverso allows you to translate a whole sentence by simply copying it into the clipboard. Unlike some other automatic translator it does not follow a strict "word by word" approach, but rather looks at the overall meaning of the sentence and provides the most suitable alternative that fits well into the overall meaning. If you enter a phrase, it browses translations that are available on the Internet and looks for sentences that are close to yours... this does the magic and I find the results surprising!

Cons:

The software developer keeps forcing automatic updates, so they might decide to restrict some features in the future.

Grat and fast Service

5.0 2 years ago

Pros:

The most important and unique service in Reverso it has rephrasing function. A thing which can be very helpful in writing any essays, or any research papers

Cons:

The translations function do not include all the languages. I think it would be better if it has all the languages, and the ancient languages too.

Always good - until now

4.0 2 years ago

Comments: Overall experience consistently good - until now, for reasons provided.

Pros:

Plenty of usage examples are provided from a variety of trustworthy sources

Cons:

A new problem has arisen with the addition of Hebrew. Now my entries automatically switch from my English entry to Hebrew! I cannot change this. Support is poorly advertised, research is needed to get help. All this on top of me taking out annual paid sub!

Easy and fast.

4.0 3 years ago

Pros:

The application on my windows 11 helps me alot translating words from Arabic to English and vice-versa. The best feature I guess is the Ctrl+CC thing, it's really helpful.

Cons:

One of the best translation services

4.0 3 years ago

Comments: Comfortable and very useful experience overall

Pros:

Easy to select and translate words into other languages on my WindowsOS PC, just ctrl+cc would help me knowing the meaning of words I don’t know and the use of them in various examples which is also the most useful examples I’ve seen on translations sites.

Cons:

On Windows the app has some disturbing errors like opening out of nowhere from the taskbar.

Affidabilità e precisione nelle traduzioni

5.0 11 months ago

Pros:
