Pros:

It is easy to use and to setup. It also made our processing time faster.

Cons:

I may have difficulties in the future when I make changes in Xero and then require these changes to be reflected in Square for future transactions.

Pros:

Support to get started and have many options and multiple integrations

Cons:

Little documentation available. A little expensive for the basics compared to other option.

Great support, and understanding client's situation

Comments: Always helpful, trying to sort out problem with great patience.

Pros:

Support by email, always following up, easy booking for zoom meeting, and support by meeting.

Cons:

Voice cut out and hard to communicate during meeting

Xero integration

Comments: Apart from the excellent customer service, there was extremely poor communication of the integration for Xero users, especially small business owners who do their own bookkeeping.

Cons:

I was never consulted when Xero integrated with Amanka and therefore continued BAU for 3 months without knowing Square and Xero were not syncing. My quarterly BAS which has been lodged with the ATO is out and integration was complex and transactions duplicated. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] in your support services was outstanding and went above and beyond to help me.

Worth the effort

Pros:

The integration is working well and without issue.

Cons:

Implementation was difficult and the Revel integration seems nascent - functionality is limited but they will be their best to offer other solutions for you.

Simple and effective system to assist in sales tracking.

Comments: It facilitated my integration process, this excellent accounting software is really useful.

Pros:

The integration works well and without problems.

Cons:

You need to change the function that limits one month of data to download at a time.
