A must-have

Pros:

I met this solution when I was finding information on how to accelerate the recruiting processes using AI, and boy! What a great solution! It saves tons of time to interview bulks of candidates at the same time. Also, it provides a wider picture of each candidates to the client prior to a face-to-face interview or assessment. This helps to a better hiring-decision-making. It's easy to use, available in English and Spanish. It has a great customer service. This is a must-have in the new era of interviewing.

Comments: The support we have had from the Hireflix team is exceptional, the way they do business is extremely personable and professional ensuring it is meeting our needs. The product itself has made a huge difference to how we work and the candidates have often commented on how different it is but they love it.

Pros:

The amount of time it saves and the convenience of how we can incorporate into our processes. It also allows us to put candidates in a position they are not fully comfortable with giving us a bigger insight into who they are and how they manage difficult situations and prepare for them.

Cons:

I don't have any negatives with Hireflix as yet, it has only bought benefits to the recruitment process as a whole but also could be used for other things.

Great to work with, easy to set up and run!

Comments: We are a small team of selectors (started with one and now two) and don't have enough capacity to cover with one-on-one interviews the number of candidates we receive so in order to narrow down our selection funnel we introduced video interviews at Hireflix. It helped us save time and also motivated candidates to research the organization while answering the questions (since they are related) which is not possible during the one-on-one.

Pros:

The most helpful thing for our organization, after we started using Hireflix, was how it saves our small team's resources and helps select candidates that best match our profile. Especially when power outages were throughout Ukraine this winter, it helped both candidates and us to not feel threatened by the tight deadline and record/check answers whenever we had access to the internet.

Cons:

One thing that the candidates disliked about the platform was the absence of the option to skip video intros if recording from the second or third try.

Comments: One of the most commendable aspects is how it streamlines the initial stages of the hiring process. By using one-way video interviews, we can quickly identify suitable candidates from a large pool, saving time and resources that would otherwise be spent on scheduling and conducting preliminary face-to-face interviews.

Pros:

Hireflix's One-Way Video Interviewing is a lifesaver for bulk hiring. It simplifies reviewing 20-30 candidates each cycle, saving us time and effort. Highly recommended for its efficiency and ease of use.

Cons:

Having an automated system that scans and imports this information directly from resumes would streamline the setup process for interviews significantly. It would reduce the potential for human error, save time, and allow recruiters to focus more on evaluating candidates rather than on administrative tasks.

Very user friendly and a huge time saver!

Pros:

Hireflix is incredibly user friendly. I had my position and questions set up in less than 30 minutes, and it was very easy to make changes as needed. I love being able to invite candidates via email or send a public link. The rating system for each candidate questions was also helpful. I would never have had time in my schedule to sit down and interview over 100 candidates, but with hireflix it made it so easy to get the information I needed to asses candidates in a true interview-like manner. It is a great tool that I would recommend to anyone who has to review candidates in any type of setting.

Cons:

I have only been using the product for about a month, but no complaints so far!

I have to say that there's nothing I dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing. It has been an incredibly valuable tool for our recruitment process, and we've had a positive experience with it.

User friendly tool for video interviews

Comments: We use Hireflix for 1st round of our recruitment process. It is very effective and saves our time.

Hireflix is very intuitive, easy to operate, is very user friendly. And has everything what we expect from video interviewing tool.

HireFlix is my “must have” tool in running my talent driven business. I greatly respect [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team of developers in producing a highly functional, easy-to-use application. They have taken the guesswork out of this process and made implementing it into my workflow seamless. I particularly love the fact that pricing is very reasonable and is not based on the number of positions that you have. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. They are constantly checking in with me to see how the product is working but also to find out if there are any suggestions that I have that can make the tool even better than it is – which is hard to imagine since it is a pretty magnificent tool. I give this company, their customer service and the overall tool a strong recommendation. If you are thinking of adding in a video interview component into your processes – HireFlix is the tool. I demo’d all of them and you will not find a better tool, with this kind of functionality that is easy to use, with white glove level of customer service at this price.

Cons:

I would love to see a filter feature that will allow me to look at videos from a certain date range (i.e., 7 days ago, 30 days ago, 3 months ago, etc.)

Hireflix shortened time-to-fill dramatically

Comments: Overall everyone I've interacted with from Hireflix has been supportive and proactive to check in on us without being overbearing. The product is excellent and revolutionized our hiring process making it so much more efficient and better for eager candidates to jump right in without having to wait for calendar availability. I love that they pay attention to user feedback to keep adding features and that there aren't any uneccesary features. It's an easy experience for candidates, and they've included a lot of details that make candidates feel reassured like a note confirming we've received their interview, countdown timers, the questions in written format, etc.

Pros:

The platform is extremely user-friendly. We were able to seamlessly include many members of our staff in our hiring process without having to create individual accounts. Sharing candidate interviews, notes, and information is so easy with shareable links. We also love the automated invitation and reminder system built in.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. If really pressed, maybe not having a way to download and export interview notes.

Pros:

The best thing about this software is that it is easy to use, it has all the functions needed, it has a really good price compare to other companies, many things as customizable and, the customer care is AMAZING. Before choosing this software we tried many and the things that really matter in our decisions were: the easy way of use and customizing things, plus the customer care, always ready to help at any time.

Cons:

Maybe there are some features to be developed but, this software has already many positive things compared to others that are more expensive and, in a theoretical way, more developed.

Hireflix Make it Happen!

Comments: - number of assessors/interviewers we need to provide for live interviews-scheduling and educating participants for the interview process so that we can upgrade our capacity

Pros:

The best thing about hireflix is they make it easy, time and cost efficient, practical for both corporate and participants. Hireflix is easy to use, easy to access, and only need standard-mobile-phone's-internet-connection. Our participants don't have to go through trouble to finish interview process so success rate to usage is high. On our side, we don't have to repeateadly answer questions about the platform or how to use it.

Cons:

nothing too significant...maybe you can upgrade with tagging rater to simplify participant's management

Easy to use, Useful Features, Simple UI

Pros:

There UI made it easy to use, there were many features which helped us with our hiring process. Some of these were : Email / Whatsapp candidates to remind them to submit interview after certain time intervals. We could see which of the candidates received the emails/ which opened and where the email bounced. We could rate the candidates individually and it would keep our ratings anonymous between the team initially, to avoid bias.

Cons:

The team was really happy using hireflix and we have no negative comments to make

Hireflix has Streamlined the Hiring process and saved countless hours for our team

Comments: Our team loves seeing the candidates, if they follow the instructions on the intro video, and hearing them tell of their experiences and how they handle answering questions on the spot. We hire in the home service sector, and it is essential for technicians to have excellent customer service skills and to be able to answer questions on the spot. Hireflix lets us see how they respond in real time. Hireflix also allows you to see if they took the time to make themselves presentable if they seem to have a genuine interest in the job. If they are the candidate, you would feel comfortable representing your brand/company in the community.

Pros:

Very simple, Hireflix saves us countless hours by not spending time interviewing candidates that look good on their application but cannot answer important questions about their experience or how they would handle a situation.

Cons:

Hirefix has been a complete solution for our team, we love all aspects of the product and the support is amazing.

Top Notch Video Interview Platform

Comments: We use Hireflix to increase the efficiency of practice interviews. Having the interviews recorded allows us to quickly review the interviews and to do it on our schedules. Hireflix also gives our clients flexibility so they can record their interviews on their schedules.Additionally, Hireflix regularly checks in with us to see if we have any issues and check on our experiences. I highly recommend Hireflix!

Pros:

The ease of use for us as administrators and for our clients is essential. Our clients may be using video recording for the first time and Hireflix makes it a seamless and non-stressful experience. The interview preview is also a great feature so we can see how the interview will be presented to the user.Another feature that is useful is the fact that the interview invitations don't expire. Our clients often don't complete their interviews promptly because of demanding schedules.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about Hireflx. We look forward to being long-term users of Hireflix.

Wonderful Platform & Excellent Customer Service

Pros:

Hireflix allowed us to implement key efficiencies in our workflow. By having a very straightforward setup, super user-friendly interface, and great ways to automate steps and templates, we were able to shift an entire screening process, moving from in-person interviews that would take hours, to quick pre-recorded interviews. The concept of Hireflix also challenged us to strategically think of what we needed to be asking in our interviews to make the best use of it, as opposed to having long-winded conversations. The customer service support has also been outstanding from the beginning, we are more than glad to continue partnering with Hireflix.

Cons:

Hireflix has been great every step of the way.

Excellent and Easy Solution to Video Interviews

Comments: Hireflix is a small enough company that you can reach the team quickly, but robust enough to solve our interview challenges. We have no intention of using a larger company, we love this partnership!

Pros:

Before Hireflix, we would spend hours interviewing folks that didn't work out. We usually know in the first five minutes if a recruit is not going to work out. This would result in hours of lost productivity for our recruiting team. Now we can easily get the answers we need in a rapid process. Now that we've gone all remote, Hireflix is even more easy to use. The set up is incredibly simple, candidates find it easy to use, and we can spend our time focusing on our best candidates to bring in for the next round of interactive video interviews.

Cons:

At times it can be hard to re-send an invite to a candidate through Workable. But, the team at Hireflix has been responsive to my feedback, and quickly helped me solve this problem.

HIreflix - saves us time and money and is liked by candidates

Comments: I love it. It is simple to use.

Pros:

We can offer an initial consistent interview process for bulk positions or where specific experience is needed and used in the filtering of candidates.

Cons:

Candidates can be apprehensive to use the software initially so can take time to make their video.

User Friendly Video Interview Tool

Comments: We have had a great experience so far! Easy to use, easy to track which applicants have not submitted their videos. We also liked being able to customize the questions.

Pros:

We liked the ability to create personalized video interview links for our candidates and that we were able to integrate it with our other applicant tracking system.

Cons:

We are still learning the other features and cannot wait to learn more! We are using it to gather video interviews of our candidates and cannot wait to do more!
