About Adobe Workfront
The collaborative work management leader, helping companies plan, execute, and deliver great work and exceptional customer experiences.
I also really like using their project templates for repeatable workflows. Once a project is set up, it is quite intuitive on how to iterate.
There are no tools to further organize projects and tasks further than their due date.

Workfront is a great project management system for our team
Comments: By organizing and tracking our project activities, we can see how the workflow impacts the timing of individual tasks, which is a problem that Workfront helps us tackle.
Pros:
Workfront's extensive toolset is fantastic. As a result, we are able to keep track of projects and documents in one easily accessible spot, perfect for audits and other record-keeping needs.
Cons:
Workfront's high degree of complexity in setting up individual projects is one of its drawbacks. There is a steep learning curve that might slow down user adoption due to the interface's subpar design and abundance of options that make navigation difficult.
Very useful for students
Comments: It is a very nice application for all types of presentation, project and for education purpose also.
Pros:
One can read any type of PPT or pdf and can convert it freely.
Cons:
One have to pay to edit the pdf 😂 you have to purchase premium version of it.
A Powerful Project Management Tool for Designers
Comments: Overall a powerful solution for managing design projects, with excellent task tracking, communication, and collaboration features. However, its complexity might be overkill for smaller-scale design workflows or solo designers.
Pros:
This is an excellent project management tool for graphic designers, offering a streamlined interface for managing complex design workflows, setting deadlines, and collaborating with teams across different stages of a project. Its integration with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools makes it easy to access and share design assets without disrupting creative processes.
Cons:
Can be overwhelming for designers new to project management software.
Get a clear sight with adobe workfront
Comments: Overall it was a good experience using this for a strategic planning and trying to understand our vision a little bethtter as an organization.
Pros:
It creates a really good visual for teams to understand what the road map is to getting to more success and better management of projects.
Cons:
It wasn't always easy for other users to access and interact with. Especially those that were not as familiar with adobe on other teams.
"Powerful Project Management Platform for Teams"
Comments: Adobe Workfront has been a game-changer for managing complex projects and aligning team efforts. The customizable workflows and reporting tools have significantly improved our project visibility and efficiency.
Pros:
I love the intuitive task management and seamless integration with other Adobe products, making collaboration and workflow more efficient.
Cons:
It can have a bit of a learning curve for new users, but once familiar, it's very powerful.
We can easily track the progress of a task/project with Workfront
Comments: By centralizing all of a team's work in a single location, Workfront makes it simple for everyone on the team to monitor the status of a given task or project, provide feedback on drafts as needed, and see how their work fits into the bigger picture. Financial coding is a part of it as well.
Pros:
Workfront successfully unifies a wide range of a project's constituent parts. The user has a lot of leeway in determining the system's functionality and the information it stores to suit his own purposes.
Cons:
Workfront's messaging system is not very user-friendly. Direct communication via email or phone is more convenient. On multiple instances, I have checked the Updates section for replies.
Workfront helps us make projects more efficient
Comments: We can quickly and easily generate reports that are informative and easy to read thanks to the reporting tools. Workfront is a crucial component of our company's workflow, and it comes with outstanding support from knowledgeable experts whenever we have questions or concerns.
Pros:
We really like how Workfront simplifies project creation because to its intuitive UI, portability across platforms, and task-setting flexibility. It automatically refreshes all of the data, so we can view the most recent updates to team projects at any moment.
Cons:
Sometimes Workfront's capabilities fall short of what I need, and that makes me frustrated. As an added complication, overlapping task deadlines might make it look like a project is falling behind schedule when, in reality, it is just running a little behind schedule.
Review about adobe workfront
Comments: I use workfront on a day to day basis with my teams to touch base on the status of projects and hours we have billed to tasks
Pros:
Integrations are great, and the calendar capability was really helpful for us in communicating externally what our team was working on.
Cons:
I also get frustrated sometimes with the way that comments and updates can get "trapped" at a task level and you can end up having to click around for a while to find a conversation.
CH Adobe Review
Comments: Positive. The features are very useful and the layout is very user-friendly.
Pros:
Useful, easy to navigate features. It is also very useful for organizational purposes.
Cons:
Frequent emails and sometimes it does not work as well when connected to my work VPN.
Great program - could use some tweaking.
Comments: It has only been a month or so using the program and I think it has been helpful with the productivity of my coworkers and I.
Pros:
It is easily interactable with the current programs that we use.
Cons:
Sometimes there is lag with the program.
Adobe Workfront
Comments: In general, there is a lot of engagement with Adobe Workfront. Customers appreciate the executive's highlights, such as task following, asset management, and coordinated effort tools, as well as the stage's ambitious endeavor. The ability to adapt work procedures and include task-related activities is frequently regarded as a major benefit. We see it as an important tool for streamlining the project and the executive's processes and enhancing group productivity, even though there may be an expectation to learn and adapt specific to the stage.
Pros:
For the teams I work on at my organization, moving from four distinct platforms—ServiceNow, Excel, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project—to one platform has been a lifesaver when it comes to project intake, planning, and execution. We developed our own workflows, taught our submitters on a single system, and subsequently trained our PMs on the same system. One benefit I really enjoy is that we may add new features and modifications at any time.
Cons:
It does take some getting used to the program. In order to become familiar with the terminology (tasks vs. projects, dashboards, and reports), a significant amount of onboarding typically occurs. From the standpoint of my team, we utilized our onboarding sessions to personalize dashboards for each team member. Both the designers' and copywriters' dashboards are separate. Thus, even while the intricacy is a drawback, there is a lot of room for additional customization.
Adobe Workfront is the platform you love to hate
Pros:
Workfront streamlines task management and in-depth processes. Its deep customization abilities allow you to tailor the tool to meet your company's needs and specific processes.
Cons:
Workfront has a clean UI and looks friendly, but there are a lot of links behind the scenes between tasks, projects, etc. To master this takes a lot of practice and is a steep learning curve. My previous workplace just used Workfront for timesheets, which made it much easier.
Make it work for you
Comments: It is such a life saver for my company and everything runs smooth
Pros:
Ease of customization to one's liking and ability to edit and update projects
Cons:
Could be complex for a novice user who isn't well conversant
Less time more work finished
Comments: This tool's reporting feature is fantastic, and it's also quite simple to create. It may search all projects using particular keywords, such the vendor name, product name, or brand that my marketing team is attempting to promote.Because of this tool's outstanding customer service, easy-to-use interface, and manageability, I heartily recommend it.
Pros:
Workfront facilitates the creation, delegation, prioritization, and seamless delivery of projects, ultimately leading to increased productivity. To put it briefly, it simplifies work and project administration."
Cons:
Report generation in Workfront can be a challenging effort for developers at times, since there are instances where building a report requires access to non-existent objects and instances where applying a filter yields inaccurate results, necessitating assistance from Adobe Fusion.
Project Management Platform
Pros:
Adobe Workfront is a relatively simply platform to roll out, being able to customise request forms and personalise back-end view of incoming projects. It's easy to find and leave updates, attach docs, and communicate with other Workfront users involved on the project.
Cons:
Workfront can be somewhat laborious - difficult to create personalised reports and overviews, and notifications can be easily lost. More personalisation options, including for planned hours and blocking out calendar dates, would go a long way to making this THE project management platform to use.

Pros:
2+ years being a daily user, the software makes my work easy when generating reports for personal use and also for the management, furthermore it functions well on time tracking.

The software has been good enough for me in the past 2 years, and I can't count any demerit over the software.
Great App To Use
Pros:
The app is very easy to use. No ads in your face just smooth sailing from start to finish
Cons:
I have no complaints. I love every part of the app.

Adobe Workfront for Projects
Pros:
I like that you can comment within the platform for others to review or comment.
Cons:
Lack of visibility when seeing who the individual is needed for the next approval versus just the department.

Cons:
I don't particularly enjoy a few aspects of Adobe Workfront. First of all, some users may find the pricing model difficult to understand, especially if they are unfamiliar with project management software. The platform provides a wide range of features, but some of them might be redundant or unnecessary for particular teams or businesses. Adobe Workfront may also have some restrictions in terms of user adoption and software integrations given that it is a relatively new platform.
