The staff is very responsive and helpful - always working to ensure that I have drivers for my deliveries and assisting with any issues or questions as they arise.
The platform is a bit cumbersome with the new crm features. M not sure that it is relevant in any real capacity for us.

Superb Delivery Service
Comments: Metrobi has gone above and beyond my expectations. This was my first experience using a delivery service for business, and I had very high standards. Their response time has been outstanding whenever I had a question. My representative, [sensitive content hidden], is professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Metrobi has made my work much easier, especially for customers who need fast product delivery. Overall, I’m fully satisfied and have already recommended them to other potential clients.
Pros:
Their meticulous attention to detail, consistent record of on-time deliveries, and dedicated customer support team.
Cons:
Honestly, nothing is lacking. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into providing a service and building a business that truly meets their customers’ needs.

Comments: Our overall experience with Metrobi has been fantastic. As a restaurant company, it has been so great to find a delivery service with reliable drivers, a communicative support team, and fair pricing!
Pros:
The consistent reliability, communication, and ability to track orders as they are happening!
Cons:
Our deliveries are time sensitive, so occasionally a delivery person will drop off an order earlier than expected.

Comments: It is positive, that is why I referred you to Mia's bakery.( Waiting on my sales commision on that account)
Pros:
The app has improved where it is much easier to set up deliveries
Cons:
The quality of drivers. Some are very good but some shouldn't be driving. Also last second cancelations are very infuriating, causing stress for my staff and customers.

Gimme Them Credits
Comments: These guys are fucken great! I am pretty scattered and they always bring me back to safe ground, if I make a mistake, they recover. It's been great working with them.
Pros:
The fact that the drivers don't just walk up and shove a phone in your face, these are english speaking drivers capable of conversing and understanding.
Cons:
Least..we had some financial disagreements when we were first booting up, but I have moved on pretty good

Mostly loving the new metrobi layout
Comments: generally good, everyone experiences bad employees sometimes especially in a remote job such as this.
Pros:
Helpful customer service, ease of use, new layout especially how much better the map seems now
Cons:
with the new update to the website we have a daily view but i'd love a way to see ONLY upcoming orders but all of them as opposed to just by day although as we get busier the by day is also helpful. also we've had some specific driver issues.

Comments: Extremely professional, helpful staff. Drivers are very polite and careful. They take care of our orders and make sure they are delivered on time.
Pros:
Very reliable and always very communicative.
Cons:
I wish we had the same or max 3 drivers designated - this way we wouldn’t need to do any explaining.

Metrobi's Stellar Customer Service
Pros:
Our dedicated Ops specialist, Huseyin, is such a great help. From scheduling routes to real-time delivery troubleshooting, he and Metrobi make logistics so much easier.
Cons:
I find the Metrobi user interface slightly difficult to navigate when setting up recurring routes. Additionally, getting real time updates through the platform is slightly clunky. Again, Huseyin helps a lot with these tasks so it's never too much of a hindrance.

Comments: We love having a delivery service we can count on, Drivers are always on time and are careful with the product they are delivering.
Pros:

At times it takes a while to find a driver.

To get in contact with a driver it is to many steps to find his number.

Comments: Overall it’s been a beneficial platform for us…some of our volume and internal developments have caused us to rely more on our own fleet and need less routes from Metrobi. We have relied mostly on the software in our current capacity.
Pros:
Metrobi has been great for us so far, but often times we find it difficult to get a driver assigned and it causes concerns when it’s a high priority delivery. The developments to the platform have been great and the notifications are a bonus. The ability to manage in house and driver for hire is great. And of course [sensitive content hidden] responsiveness!
Cons:
The platform is a bit cumbersome with the new crm features. I’m not sure that it is relevant in any real capacity for us. More visibility and reports that show real time deliveries would be a huge help as well.

Comments: Metrobi has been a breath of fresh air! While there has been an expected learning curve with newer drivers, I am so grateful to have a platform, network and support we can rely on for our customers and our unique business model - one that will help us grow. Thank you!
Pros:
Metrobi helps simplify what can be an otherwise extremely complex and time-consuming task. Customer service, support and reliability are excellent.
Cons:
The cost. For a small business like ours, the costs (in terms of credits) add up. There is so much more I would love to do with Metrobi but we are having to balance that with increased expenses across the board.

Metrobi is a very helpful platform!
Comments: Overall, Metrobi has allowed us flexibility and made previously time-consuming processes significantly easier. I am very satisfied with the platform.
Pros:
The self-managed route tool on Metrobi has been incredibly helpful in managing routes and our driving team. Additionally, having access to the Metrobi network of drivers has allowed us a lot of flexibility around all our delivery needs.
Cons:
If I had any complaint, it would be that every once in a while the website can be a bit buggy. However, the team is quick to respond and is always able to support and come to a solution quickly.

They were there when I needed them!
Comments: Metrobi makes my life easier for sure. Metrobi showed up for my business at the right time when I needed help, my husband who helped with deliveries had a shoulder injury, and I didn't know how I was going to be able to get my deliveries done. Metrobi happened to call that day and the rest is history - I now have a team of regular drivers who do a great job servicing my customers each week. Metrobi has been a real asset to my overall operations allowing me more time to focus on what I need to as a small business owner.

The staff is very responsive and helpful - always working to ensure that I have drivers for my deliveries and assisting with any issues or questions as they arise.
Cons:
Don't really have a lot of complaints. Overall I am happy with the service.

Metrobi is Great!
Comments: Overall, it was easy to onboard and start working with Metrobi, incorporating their services required minimal changes to our overall workflow, and it has been extremely helpful in expanding our business and increasing our overall sales capacity.
Pros:
Using Metrobi has allowed us to expand our wholesale service radius, as well as offer courier services to our corporate and local clients. We can now take on additional orders since our staff is not responsible for leaving our shop to do deliveries.
Cons:
The majority of our deliveries are early morning deliveries, and very rarely a driver will drop a route and it can sometimes difficult to troubleshoot at an early hour even with the assistance of the support team.

Comments: Great! It is only because of Metrobi that I am able to outsource a lot of my deliveries without any worries. Such a great blessing for a small business like mine.
