Comments: I am very happy with Amenitiz and highly recommend their platform. I spent a lot of time comparing all of the channel manager and booking engine sites before deciding on Amenitiz. I am a new bed and breakfast and they have helped with everything. We created a great website together and the customer service has been excellent. Being new to the business I have had several questions and things I was unsure of, but they have responded quickly to and handled perfectly all of my requests

Cons:

After being a customer for 4 months now, I am very happy with everything so far. No complaints at all

What they say on their website is NOT WHAT THEY DELIVER

Comments: Their product is completely and utterly unusable for me. Despite proving this to them, and despite hiring a developer from my end to help them improve their product, they weren't interested.The worst part? They won't let me out of the contract. Do yourself a favor and look for an alternative. Unless you want to get rid of your money, your guests, and your nerves.

Pros:

I have to admit I learned a lot about what not to do in terms of advertising.Their website and their customer service claims served as a great reminder how to quickly ruin a business by overpromising and underdelivering. Or in their case, not delivering at all by selling an unusable product.

Cons:

They promise the world and deliver absolutely nothing. In the end, you're left with a product that is harmful to your business, and you spent countless hours and money for this "service". They are not interested in resolving any issues. They count on the fact that you already spent too much time to make amenitiz software work, and that you won't leave them because you don't want to spend that time somewhere else, again.A business model that will ruin them, for sure. Clients are not as stupid as amenitiz seem to think they are.

Future proof Property Management System

Comments: I have been a customer of Amenitiz for more than 2 years and am very pleased with the partnership.

Pros:

They are continuously evolving the service to provide the best possible experience.

Cons:

Some time back they were not meeting my expectations for support. This has improved considerably over the last year as they have staffed up the Support department.

Pros:

Simple to use, everything I need it to do. Staff alway happy to help.

Nothing not to like. Personally has everything I need it to do. The app could do with an update to be able to do more on the go, but it does the job.

The support not reachable on weekends. The internal "stripe" payment took too long, 7 days

Prompt support and uplift in bookings

Comments: It was a big change for us as we had to redo our website and we had had a bad experience when changing channel manager with a different company previously but I can honestly say it has all been worth it as we have seen an uplift in bookings and we get clear and prompt support to questions that we have to manage our customers needs.

Pros:

As a busy small business owner the support I receive from Amenitiz is great. I can ask for support with any questions that crop up with a member of the support team on an online chat and have my questions answered clearly and in a timely manor. We have defo seen a significant uplift in bookings since switching to Amenitiz due to the rate checker.

Cons:

It was significantly more expensive than the provider we previously used ( double the cost)

Outstanding Channel Manager

Comments: Outstanding. Right from the very first on-boarding these people have been exceptionally friendly and professional. On going support is also just about unimprovable.

Pros:

Several things make Amenitiz exceptional. It is a very professional website. You can easily access lots of very useful analysis. The help service is unparalleled - knowledgeable, always listen carefully, friendly, all the expertise to solve your problems, take their time to really understand what the problem is, send you a detailed email as a reminder of what the solutions were. Their service is reasonably priced in comparison to other Chanel Managers.

Cons:

Very difficult to say. They do not have a chat or telephone help support at the weekend. That said their weekend email support is pretty prompt

Peace of mind

Comments: Amenitiz has given me peace of mind since I started with them over two years ago.

Pros:

Amenitiz gives me peace of mind. They are very reliable and fix any minor issues very quickly.

Cons:

I have given 5 stars but I would like it noted that easier access to revenue per booking agent and definitely host's website would be appreciated, to make accounting procedures easier.

Pros:

The service team is fast and very professional. They are kind and helpful. The website created is perfect. I get good feedback. Everything is simple and selfexplaining. Always eager to improve the spirit from Amenitiz and mine are a goor match.

Cons:

Sometimes I find it difficult to find what I‘m looking for. But under the help section are many explaining videos and help.

Don't do it.

Comments: Shocking and complete waste of time and money and caused me weeks of stress and now more money has had be paid out.

Pros:

They friendly, helpful and first especially the sales bit and applications looked easy to use and affordable.

Cons:

The first problem I came to no one has helped resolve the issue. It has been weeks and I still cannot link the invoicing. I have messaged daily. And they either promise and don't deliver and now I just don't get any response. So I have to invest other software and start a whole new. Set up. This is not a company that cares. They just take your money then leave you stranded and try ruin business as their is zero support. I am now wondering if it is scam.

Best booking engine on the market for mid price

Pros:

Amenitiz is a good use for small hoteliers. Booking engine is easy to use and to install on any website.

Cons:

I would not recommend the websitebuilder, as it is limited in SEO and marketing. Payment processing can be slow.

Comments: Io ormai lo uso da un anno e mezzo e mi trovo molto bene a parte qualche problema iniziale e qualche problema legato a check-in ultimamente

Pros:

A me piace un po' tutto di amenitiz non ci sono cose che non vanno al momento quindi usando un po' tutto non so cosa chiedere di più

Cons:

Ecco un unico svantaggio è che non sono sbloccate tutte le opzioni nonostante paghi un abbonamento alto hai comunque delle funzioni bloccate cosa che non è bella

Lentezza risoluzione problemi (non imputabile al personale sempre gentile e efficiente) e risposte dopo mesi, ogni tanto più persone rispondono via mail con differenti soluzioni e indicazioni Andrebbe dimezzato dal secondo anno in poi il canone annuale Channel manager wubook con funzioni limitate

- L'application mobile iOS est lente et manque de fonctions - Impossible de dupliquer des offres/extras - La présentation des extras dans le front end manque de peps - Les rappels intempestifs de "PriceAdvisor" nous fatiguent - Le support
