Great Product with a lot of potential

Comments: Overall, I've add a great experience with Goodshuffle Pro! They are super fast to respond and are always helpful with any questions that I have.

Pros:

I LOVE that GS pro is integrated with Google (especially google maps). We do 30-40 events on a busy Saturday. So having strong logistics is very important. Having a quick Google map overview helps a lot. Also, the ease of adding (and editing) inventory items is huge to me!

Cons:

- Staffing. I haven't found a strong staffing solution with GS pro.-Cross rental items. You can add cross rental items to GS pro, but there isn't a great financial spot to add in what our companies cost would be for said cross rental item. - Quick Books. It seems that you HAVE to use quickbooks to achieve the full effects of GS pro. We don't use quick books, so that makes it a little more difficult

Goodshuffle for the Win!

Comments: overall, very positive experience with good shuffle, especially the support staff but there are still several improvements to be made

Pros:

Several helpful tools are available, all in one place and organized for easy access. Allows us to track payments, inventory, staff members, etc.. Customer service is always s kind as well! Always are able to solve any issues my team has

Cons:

Decently expensive, but worth it. There also needs to be an autosave feature when sending messages in the chat. I have lost too many messages by either accidentally clicking the screen or if the client emails me while I am drafting a response, the whole thing is deleted. Can be very frustrating

Goodshuffle for the Party Tent Rental Industry

Comments: We have had a pretty good experience so far. The support team is super responsive and tries hard to get the answers and takes our feedback as well. I have some experience in this software arena and even developed our own in house product that is similar but never reached the polished levels of Goodshuffle. The product has great potential and we hope it continues to improve and become the best tool available in the space!

Pros:

I like most the way it uses Google to shortcut information entry and eliminate errors from emp l oyees entering this data.

Cons:

Some aspects of the Dashboard and how sorting is controlled. This could be improved for the larger companies like mine running multiple logistic crew per weekend or day.

Utilizing Goodshuffle

Comments: Over all the experience has been positive. It was troubling at first because first of all we had to learn a new system, but also we were one of the companies involved from the beginning, before many of the bugs had been worked out. There were a few hurdles to over come in the process.

Pros:

The internal notes and communication features are extremely helpful. The inventory being attached to the contract is helpful. I'm looking forward to the new features with the "buffering" option.

Cons:

The slowness of the updates on contracts is my least favorite issue. I'll be working steadily and have to pause and refresh every time I add or change an item. It would save time if that were a faster feature.

Good Shuffle Pro Rescue

Pros:

The inventory management and quote writing intergration is great. It makes the pull sheets very easy. We are getting payments very fast.

Cons:

The financial side of things are not as flexible as we would like. We've lost some capabilities in terms of P&L and still need to use Excel and then transfer the calculations.

Great Service

Comments: They are growing. They are constantly updating things the customers have asked about. It is hard to satisfy everybody but they do a good job.

Pros:

It is very helpful someone available all the time for problem solving. Using a chat room type format they typically respond in under 5 minutes.

Cons:

Being a web based software product sometime it operates slow. Servers must be maxed out. I don't like having to use QuickBooks online.
