Since I can understand it, it is extremely easy to use and to make your own with some of the customization options available.

Cons:

Also, the limitation on employee logins, our offices turn around is low but it is a hasle creating/deleting new users.

Beyond amazed!

Pros:

Very easy to use, I'd recommend the software to my colleague. Documents in english and spanish available.

Cons:

It would be nice if the software has a way to connect with the insurance rate system.

Reliable application monitoring and error tracking software

Comments: Have used this for monitoring and error tracking for a long time. And completely satisfied with it's experience which has helped a lot for quick debugging

Pros:

1. Easy to integrate with many softwares like slack for alerting. 2. Reliable tracking of errors to see number of occurrences and stack trace for debugging 3. Excellent monitoring service to trigger alerts based on certain events

Cons:

Hard to tell cons about this software. Only thing I can think of is sometimes for batches of events it misses some alerts which can delay the debugging

Pros:

Easy to use and setup, straightforward with finding and resolving bugs.

Cons:

It's hard to find any significant drawbacks, but if I had to mention a couple, one is that occasionally, for batches of events, it might miss some alerts, causing a slight delay in debugging. Additionally, there's a limitation on employee logins, which can be somewhat cumbersome, especially in offices with a high turnover rate. Nevertheless, Sentry is an essential asset for delivering projects successfully while keeping track of bugs and problems.

Great customer service ! Easy to Use !!

Comments: Saved some money !! Prior software had too many features that we didn't use and was almost double what we paid. For what we use management systems this was the best fit.

Pros:

It is easy to use and affordable for a small agency. Easy to bridge and easy to look up clients in the software. If it is a multi service office, additional entry options can be added which is definitely a great feature ! If you want a digital cabinet to store client files and not break the bank this is it ! Also, new employees learn fast !!

Cons:

It's missing the downloads. Pricing is great but other management programs are now offering similar features and for a couple dollars more or near the same amount you get the downloads. Also, the limitation on employee logins, our offices turn around is low but it is a hasle creating/deleting new users. I would recommend this software for a small office if all employees are trained and use it.

Best Customer Services

Pros:

The difference in Office Management Systems today are not that different. Sentry is not the only system we have used in the past. The real difference is when you require customer service. This is where Sentry stands out. They have the best and fastest response time. As far as the system itself is concerned it has everything we need and things we did not know we needed. Since I can understand it, it is extremely easy to use and to make your own with some of the customization options available. And it is constantly being upgraded so it is not left behind other new systems introduced into the market. We are extremely happy with this product.

Cons:

There is not much I do not like about Sentry. After almost 2 years, we are still very satisfied with the product and service.

Most have this MANAGEMENT SYSTEM!

Comments: LOVE THIS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, ALWAYS DOING THING TO IMPROVE THE SYSTEM! THE COST IS AFFORABLE. ALWAYS HELPING IF WE HAVE ANY ISSUES-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Pros:

So freaking easy! I can also use it on my phone which I love. The other things I really love is the letters tap , notifications and suspense tap. Documents in English and Spanish. That I can bridge from Turbo Rater to Sentry, makes it very easy to create new accounts. But wait there's more Texting ability for reminders, receipts , quotes or create your template. Acord Forms included! NOW I can process payment in the system! OMG!!! This Management System works amazing for my agency!

Cons:

NOTHING! Awesome marketing rep! Almost 2 years and still very satisfied!!!

Comments: You cannot deliver a project without tracking bugs and problems. And Sentry is your tool.

Pros:

the platform is really easy to use and it helps you to track and solve bugs. The cost is affordable.

Cons:

actually I don't have any bad things to say about sentry. I tried other competitors and sentry is the best.

Pretty easy to use. Glitches are fixed asap when addressed.

Comments: Texting abilities, more opportunities to market to our clients, and more ways of communicating with our customer service.

Pros:

The alerts in the calendar section are really useful for our marketing. The pop-up alerts are also helpful when we are working on individual customers.

Cons:

I wish that you could see the documents that are attached to each file on the screen instead of having to download the document first.

Pros:

Sentry software is foremost professional in adapting to all needs that the client needs. Is by far the most user friendly and clean to manage. The most amazing thing about Sentry software is that they are alway innovating and dedicated to make their software the best. Always tailoring the management system to make sure your business is running in ease. Its organization with your clients, report database and follow up with pendings are all done to excellence with Sentry Software.

Cons:

Sentry is perfection, there is nothing to dislike. If you ever have something you dislike Sentry makes sure they fix it in moments because Sentry cares to tailor and enhance your experience with them.

An easy way to keep tabs on your Web App/Site

Comments: I really like the overview notifications, which can be set at a set period, end of week etc. After the faff of setting up, theres really not alot to do upkeep wise. Notifications and error tracking is very accurate and works well.

Pros:

Overall the notifications are easy to customise, triggers, point of contact etc.

Cons:

Documentation needs work, I set up for a WordPress site and the documentation at the time was nonexistent

Really easy to use but I would love a few changes on the system

Comments: i get better control on my clients

Pros:

easy to use, can look up the client several ways . that is it............ do not have much to say about it

Cons:

I don't like when my clients have different lines of business and for each line is its own window , I don't like that i cant print notes individually(for endorsements) I don not like that it loges me off after i stop using it for a while.

Pros:

Its pretty easy to use HAS SOME GOOD FEATURES I LOVE THE BIRTHDAY NOTFICATIONS IT GIVES UP WHEN WE LOG IN

Cons:

DOESNT UPDATE POLICIES IF THEY CANCEL TO THE SENTRY SYSTEM HAVE TO DO MANUELY SO IF A POLICY IS CANCEL WE HAVE TO LOOK UP AND UPDATE SYSTEM ALOT OF THE COMPANIES WE WORK WITH DO NOT WORK WITH SENTRY TO BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE POLICIES

Comments: Complete control of my book of business. I always tell my follow agents about this system.

Pros:

I love that it's completely customizable. The admin team was able to set up the system to meet our needs.

Cons:

I love everything, and anytime I have a question or a suggestion I contact the admin team and they take care of it right away .

Comments: to do things faster and easy.

Pros:

Drag the files without searching. is fast when it comes to search for files. Great when it comes to create files as well.

Cons:

sometimes we are not able to send text and we wish we can have more space for letters and not have to send 2 or more text.

Comments: For code quality control on production. Multiple systems to monitor and make it's working properly. We need Sentry.

Pros:

It provides not just simple text like "Cannot read property 'score' of undefined", it tells the line of the code in what file need to update. Show the breadcrumes for tracking. Includes the environments that we use. Timeline for us to know when is the error occurred. Info we need is on the Sentry.

Cons:

If it allows us to pick what info modules we want to keep, other parts to be temporary archive, that would be great.

Love the simplicity of the program.

Pros:

Enjoy having everything on record and also having the ability to fix errors that other reps make. Also, that there is a search engine when we want to figure out how many policies for each company has been sold.

Cons:

What I like least about the program is that we can only send out one text message at a time rather than being able to click on multiple clients to save us time.
