The Easiest, Most Cost Effective Solution for an Office Suite

Comments: It is my go-to software for everyday use, from keeping accounting spreadsheets, to tracking editing notes for major motion pictures.

Pros:

I use it everyday in place of Microsoft Office and other software specific to the film industry. It is the easiest, most flexible and cost-effective software for customizable document creation.

Cons:

When upgrades come out, there are sometimes bugs, but they are dealt with in a timely manner. It's a small price to pay for the overall ease of use.

Pros:

When I first found NeoOffice, I couldn't believe I was able to do everything I could do with the standard office program for a FRACTION of the cost! NeoOffice maintains all the functionality of other office software and files export seamlessly across platforms. It's such an affordable option!

Cons:

Occasionally, the software exports files with a glitch; usually when an update is required.

GREAT Open Source Office Suite

Pros:

NeoOffice will read almost any file format and allow manipulation and export in a variety of formats. It is free, it has only a few limitations, and it works well.

Cons:

It does have limitations, but it is open source and free. DEFINITELY worth checking out!!!!

good substitute for microsoft

Pros:

is does what an office suite should and it can open file formats from microsoft as well as wordperfect so it is versatile

Cons:

it is an older user interface and looks dated; i've found some features are hard to find and support is hard to contact

NeoOffice is all-in-one office software suite

Pros:

NeoOffice is natively built to work on MAC which makes it a great program that works with high eeficiency for MAC.

Cons:

Not having the Windows version is the most vital missing aspect of NeoOffice.

This is great for a bit of free software, but limited.

Pros:

The obvious pro is that it's a free alternative to Microsoft Office so great if you have a home computer you need it on. The system is good enough for someone who won't be using it for work.

Cons:

It is very limited functionality wise and the interface could be a lot better. There is also problems with Word documents looking totally different on here when compared to Microsoft Word.

Great free alternative to MS suite but there are better ones out there

Comments: Simple, easy but limited. I went for other free solutions.

Great alternative to the MS suite as it's a free one. It helps work on all kind of files and manage almost every files you need to work on. Simple interface and pretty easy to use/access at first.

Cons:

Old interface Limited functionalities Strange results when opening some word files There are just better free solutions out there

Awesome New Office Program for MAC !!

Pros:

I love the cost...and the capability!! This recent addition to free or low cost Office Suites is designed for MAC and uses the C++ programming base. The free trial will get you hooked but the one time fee for the more advanced version is extremely fair. I love this new tool !!

Cons:

I cannot find anything negative to say about NeoOffice.
