About ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is a human capital management solution for companies with more than 50 employees.
Very easy to integrate and manage all employees data and personal information and added to the great cost benefit, I'll recommend this product.
The application itself was not easy to understand and was also difficult to simply set up. This may have been a user error but I am fairly tech savvy - so I was disappointed overall.

Excellent Product for many task at one login !!

ADPWFN, still unbeatable when it comes to HRIS services
Comments: ADPWFN is a one-stop shop for your HRIS needs.
Pros:
ADPWFN is very customizable. It even has a payroll calculator to check the net proceeds an employee will get for his pay. 401k deductions and remittances are also integrated into this SAAS, which lessens the hassle of having a different service provider.
Cons:
Their billing is quite confusing. There are charges that are not obvious as to when they occurred. Customer service agents are not equally trained and knowledgeable.
ADP - For all your business functions
Comments: It can be overwhelming, but this system offers all the essential features you might need. ADP is a widely used platform, and we have relied on it for several years. We use ADP for various functions, including payroll, employee hiring, performance reviews, and tax management.
Pros:
It's a lot to take in, but it includes all the features one might need. ADP is widely used, and we have been using it for a good number of years. We have relied on ADP for various functions, including payroll, employee hiring, performance reviews, and tax management.
Cons:
It feels outdated; I miss the fresh look of current UIs. There are too many clicks to navigate between different sections, which I dislike the most.
Tax help resolved
Comments: Accounting and I wanted some tax related questions answered, so we called ADP. Also, we wanted to make some changes to a W-2 and was able to get the problem resolved.
Pros:
As a new employee who uses this software, I found no issues with it whatsoever. It was user friendly and comprehensive; further, I was able to get my work done in an expeditious manner.
Cons:
Technical support resulted in calls being transferred from one assistant to another; however, our problem was resolved and that was greatly appreciated.
ADP is just right.
Comments: My experience with ADP is quite good i have had no direct issues to relate.
Pros:
ADP is incredible for management of many workplace tasks such as time clock, timesheet pay and PTO management.
Cons:
Since i work evenings sometimes when i check ADP at late ours some services are unavailable.

Working on Workforce Now
Comments: It has been a love/hate experience. It has everything I need to manage my payroll & related activities, but it is too complicated. I would prefer a more simplified version...let's call it Workforce Lite?!
Pros:
It offers many features, most of which I never or rarely use

It is overly complicated for my everyday needs. I just want something which easy.

Comments: I really like the user interface and how easy it was to get users set up on this.

I feel like it helps with time management and keeping the workplace efficient because I know when my paystub’s are coming in as super helpful

I don’t like how hard it is to get into the app sometimes I feel like they make it super difficult and I feel like that causes me stress because I want to get into the app fast cause I need to look at my paystub’s fastly sometimes
ADP Workforce
Comments: Overall experience has been great and can recommend ADP workforce to organizations seeking to reduce the HR work.
Pros:
ADP makes managing staff time seamless, especially for a team working across remote sites. The ability to track where employees clock in adds a layer of accountability and transparency, which is invaluable for remote workforce management. Highly recommended for teams needing robust time-tracking features!
Cons:
The mobile phone application can sometimes present a problem and constant needing to reset.

Comments: I have experience using ADP Run and ADP Workforce Now is an easy transition for a growing company.

ADP Workforce now is a great time management system and the HR capabilities make it much easier to manage a bigger organization.

It is easy to manage employee benefits using workforce now though it can be a bit clunky and is not as intuitive as I would prefer.
My Opinion of ADP
Comments: I enjoy ADP because it has a smooth system. I am able to access information easily and I am able to manage my team's payroll efficiently.
Pros:
I like that I have a dedicated section for my team whether its monitoring their time cards, the shifts that they work, the tasks that are assigned to them. I get reminders for requested time off, time balances. It notifies for upcoming holidays.
Cons:
Sometimes the app has glitches and when we clock in or out the app doesn't collect our times
ADP appt review
Comments: For the most part I enjoyed the system most because anything you needed to see was very easy to view but not always accessible
Pros:
I like the ease that you could move around in the system

The only hard part of the app was requesting you time off
Great for bigger companies
Comments: It was great! The dashboard is so user friendly for both the employee and administrator.
Pros:
I like that it is a one stop area for all employees needs.
Cons:
The price was just too expensive for a small company. Was hard to get to the right place when calling customer service.
Switched to ADP
Comments: I had a great experience with all the team I worked with at ADP. I could call my sales team with questions regarding anything and they would help instead of sending me elsewhere. Everyone was really personable.
Pros:
Easy to understand and follow. Good support team, very knowledgeable.
Cons:
Conversion was a little rough but I was helped through it. Change is always a pain.
When You Use ADP You Don't Need To Worry About Your $$$$
Comments: ADP is one of the best workplace apps in terms of pay. Any and all employees have access not just to their most recent paystubs but the ability to compare them to other periods and time of the year. They also have a PDF of the actual work paystub, Incase you take a more diligent approach when it comes to keeping your reciepts
Pros:
It makes it easy to check out your pay stub a few days in advance. Helping in case there was any discrepancy in pay, hours or vacation time.
Cons:
Occasionally there can be issues signing in or random maintenance hours occuring on pay days
ADP WFN - Employer Admin Experience
Comments: I think their customer service general line for employers is pretty good but the account managers assigned to the accounts are just not high quality account managers. They lack communications and follow ups. There have been many times where they AM contradicts themselves and are just not confident in their responses and end up giving us direction that is just not correct.
Pros:
I think the ATS functionality is very neat and user friendly. I love that you can customize it to fit your recruitment process, uploading templates for communications, status changes, posting questions, etc. I do like that there is an integration with Ziprecruiter as well and the ability to add a referral progam.
Cons:
I think the access permissions and the ability to create security profiles i think is just not a strong point. There have been several times when trying to assign admin permissions that will just not work as intended or end up creating another problem like the restrictions in the profile caused them to not have access to another function when it should not be related, etc.
ADP Workforce Now user review 2024
Comments: My overall experience with ADP is great. It is definitely user-friendly and secures your privacy. I would recommend any business to use ADP Workforce Now.
Pros:
ADP Workforce Now allows you to log in via the mobile app or on a your personal browser or in your work browser. The mobile app says Good Morning (your name) and allows you to quickly access inform about your most recent paystub. You can view pay and tax statements to 2022. You can update your w4 tax withholding. You can view your timecard and so much more.
Cons:
I provide a 4 star rating for one reason. In the past I've had other jobs using ADP Workforce Now. None of those jobs, or tax documents are listed in one ADP. In order to access this information you'd need to remember your login information
Efficient and User Friendly - My experience with ADP Workforce Now
Comments: Overall, ADP Workforce has proven to be very efficient. The features streamline the process needed for employees to navigate through various HR processes. Its very user friendly, accurate, and payments are timely.
Pros:
I have been using ADP Workforce Now for several years, and it has been a very invaluable tool. What I like most about ADP Workforce is that it is very user friendly, and also offers an array of features that help streamline payroll, benefits, time tracking and employee management. One of hte features that stand out is the self-service portal that allows employees to access paystubs, request time off and update personal information with ease. Overall, ADP Workforce has greatly improved HR operations and I highly recomment this platform.
Cons:
Some of my least favorite is there is no live chat support, the bot feature is not as helpful as being able to speak to a representative. Also the customer service and technical support are not as favorable as I would like.
Works with a clean look
Comments: This is one of the most popular time and payroll management software out there. Almost everyone uses it and I'm familiar with it. The looks and function of the menus have improved over the years. I don't have many complaints about ADP. I think it's pretty good.
Pros:
The UI is simple and clean. Most menus are organized in a way that seems intuitive, like where to find calendars for PTO or time clock function. It's definitely one of the most popular timesheet and payroll software out there.
Cons:
For non-salary employees, it used to be hard to find the place where to clock-in and clock-out. This has definitely cleaned up over time and now in a more prominent place. I remember signing up for benefits through ADP for the next year and the W9 part is confusing. It steps you through with questions rather than filling out the form, then puts in the answers for you. I accidentally claimed too much and didn't get federal taxes taken out and had to add in extra money to make up for it.
ADP Workforce Now
Comments: It has been a good experience. My career has greatly advanced since using ADP Workforce Now.
Pros:
The simplicity of clocking in and out. That the pay statements are organized well and easily accessible.
Cons:
Only being able to clock in from the internet. If I am having computer problems, I am not able to clock in.

ADP/ Great Experience..
Comments: I loved managing my own money being in the know getting my pay checks early than usual and learning how to be more responsible in how to bank spend save and rely on my pay checks and money.
Pros:
I liked being able to have the confidence and privacy to see read and understand everything about my pay period the statements tax filing time slots hours worked direct deposit etc.
Cons:
Not much to not like about this App its pretty much very successful .
