A great to manage engineering processes

Pros:

It is easy to manage, very friendly interphase, you have no limits for projects creation, you can add in each project any information you want and how many task you need, it works wonderful because you can share your project with your friends and coworkers to hear opinions and improve some aspects of your work.

Cons:

It does not come with any feature of administration and cost, so if you want to manage this kind of feature you have to use another software as support for accounting and administration.

Create a project easily

Comments: Very useful tool to manage projects.

Pros:

The way that this app works is very nice, because you only have to create your account, set a name for your project, choose a color and select if a team is assignated, after all this you only have to add the task, and check in the Gantt Chart how your project is working, and you can make changes when you want.

Cons:

As a administrator I can say that some specific functions of accounting are not in this app, and it would be great if the app some features related to it.

Easy to use project management tool

Comments: My overall experience with this platform is good and I may recommend it to others.

Pros:

This software is an easy to use platform where you can add your project, task included as well as the deadline and share it to your team members. Fairly easy for a beginner as well.

Cons:

Could have added more features and sometimes the page load in German even if you try to stick on to English.

Solid choice, but still a work in progress

Comments: The software was fairly easy to use, and provided me with a clear picture of my team and their status on projects they're working on. Depending on your team, Agantty might be a perfect fit for you— Would highly recommend trying it out!

Pros:

Easy to use, and to create clear GANTT charts with delineated responsibilities and clear milestone dates.

Cons:

There are some key features missing, such as the ability to do repeating tasks. This is a great tool for mapping out large projects; when looking at it for my daily or weekly repeated tasks, I was left wanting more.

Unlimits projects for you institution

Comments: Manage and unlimited number of projects.

Pros:

I can create projects of anything I want and everything I need, with not a limitation of space, a number of task or people involved, the apps works very smooth it has a very friendly interphase I does not consume so much broadband of your internet connection.

Perfect tool for easy overviews and standard project plans

Comments: I can easily share it with my team and it is free. This tool helps me to get a great overview for all my projects. Private and business.

Pros:

It is free and easy to use. you can start immediately. No need for long introduction videos and so on. The functionalities are easy to understand. Great to make a fast draft and go deeper into details afterwards. I like the fact that you can configure colors etc.

Cons:

This software is still in development status. There are a few features I am missing. Mostly dependencies between different projects/products for example. Same with milestones. And there are few bugs while displaying the gantt charts.

Simple design and basic interphase, amazing tool

Pros:

If you are starting to work with projects like me, this app is the best option, because it has a simple design that can help you to understand which are the basic elements to make a successful project, and there are; the name of the project, the creation and names of the task, the visualization of the gantt charth and the analysis of the information. And you can do all this with Agantty.

Cons:

Actually I like everything, I do not have any complains about the software, maybe they can add a better interphase for images and the possibility to add audio, but for me works perfect.

Great option for manage projects and for free

Comments: Great option for projects, and the most important of all, for free.

Pros:

Everything you need to make a project you have in Agantty, easy tool you can add your tasks, fixed days, make schedules and monitoring the advances, you can have connection with other users, to make a great teamwork. Performing through a Gantt diagraman all the features are easy to do and understand, this a very great app-

Cons:

Maybe they can improve some features, like the possibility of add images, or more details in the task option, this a very awesome tool, but is not powerful as an office desktop software.

A free tool for manage design projects

Comments: Manage my projects of design easily and monitoring all the processes.

Pros:

I can manage my projects of design easily, managing the calendar, the task and the administrative processes, so in this way I can saw how I advance and where are the mean limitations of the projects. and when I have to put more attention to be on time for the delivery.

Cons:

This app is not as powerful as other software for projects, because it has only the basic tools to work, does not have a tool to manage money and accounting which a very importan feature when you manage projects.

Great app for projects and task

Comments: Make projects, and manage task and calendars for free.

Pros:

This app is very friendly, through their five steps process you can easily create a project, add the task, invite your friends and monitoring the advances, is that simple, you do not have to worry for paying expenses licenses, you just login with your free account and start working.

Cons:

By the time I do not have anything bad to say about it, this app has help me a lot, it will be wonderful if they can build a downloable version of the app.

The ability to use and modify Gantt charts with ease as in Agantty has been an invaluable experience

Comments: Project Management has never been easier. It's great to use internally in a team, and also great for showing to clients. They are always impressed when they see the organized Gantt charts Agantty provides.

Pros:

The collaboration feature is extremely easy to use. I can assign people to tasks, and team members can make edits and also add tasks themselves. This sort of coordination is better than in many professional calendar applications we use. The idea of using Gantt charts for project management is ingenious - sure, it's been done before, but Agantty has truly mastered it.

Cons:

I would like for the program to have more external integrations, in particular Dropbox or Google drive. Trello did a great job of doing that, and if Agantty were to do that too it would truly be one of the greatest pieces of software I've used. I'd also like to see an export feature where the Gantt charts can be printed or displayed as an image, preferably with the option to exclude certain projects/tasks or overall modify the look of it.

I love the color-scheme and design. The functions of tasks and subtasks within the projects are a very big help!

Cons:

As I am always on the run, I must say that the mobile usability needs to be better : too small and no option to zoom in.

Comments: Better structuring of my projects with other team members

Pros:

The first and for the most people the best reason is, it's for free. And you don't need to buy there something to work with this software. The overview is very nice, you can simply drag and drop your things you have to do anywhere you want. You can create teams with members of your team, create deadlines to see what is important to do.

Cons:

There is nothing but things we need to work better and the developer are actually making it. But how is a note function? I don't want to use software from anyone i can't trust...

Awesomeness-Level 3000

Pros:

I love it because it is really simple and easy to use. The overview is also easy to read! A few month ago there was added some feature to link 2Do and put them in reliance.

Cons:

Sometimes I miss some functions but this would make it more complicated. Maybe they could add some App to work on at the iPhone etc.

A Good Project Management Tool

Comments: They have a fast drag and drop feature which I like the most.

Pros:

Agantty is an easy to use Project management tool which you can use it for your personal clients. It has good features like adding team members and Notification settings which is quite handy at busy hours.

Cons:

The only con can be the User Interface. I personally do not like the UI of Agantty. I love other features offered by Agantty.

Comments: Time savings due to the easy and clear structure of the software

Pros:

Software is extremely easy to use without any training time, especially compared to other project management tools. Clear structure of the program. Easy to share project with other people. Neat mobile version.

Cons:

Does not work on any interent browser . Probably better for smaller projects with max. 30 people, as it is conceivably hard to manage more complex projects.

Only one account to create and manage a project

Pros:

Forget about pay for create and manage projects, with Agantty you can do that for free, with one account you have no limits of the number of projects and tasks that you can manage, you can also work with partners and handle the project in the perfect way with the participation of all the people involve. This a great app for projects.

Cons:

For a project tool working only basic in Gannt Diagrams can be a limitation, because the projects involve more than just a diagrams, the projects needs interaction with the people, modelling opinion and statistical procedures, you will not find that in this app.

Best Project Management Tool in the market also free.

Pros:

Agantty is super easy to use. Is free and is very simple. So you can keep your projects organized and manage it to do the things that you want to do quicker and easier.

Cons:

I rather will say none. But the only thing i found is that i can’t export in pdf otherwise this app rules.

Agantty is Free and easy to use Project Management Tool

Comments: Agantty help me plans my projects easily.

Pros:

Finally I now find a good project management tool, with Agantty I can finally plan all my projects very nicely in a more optimized way.

Cons:

So far am still enjoying all the features but sometimes the site is slow to load.

Agganty is very smoth and easy to work with especilly in big project groups.

Comments: The software safes a lot of time organizing.

The app is realy fast to learn and very good structured. Especially the simplicity is very helpful to navigate and use the app even with people who are not realy familiar with simillar software.

Comments: Better scope of projects

Pros:

Free and easy to use project management software. I tried many apps paid and free like Gantter, GanttProject, OpenProject, Teamweek, Orapm but I stay with Agantty. Because: -UI looks modern and easy to use (especialy when we compare with Gannt Project or OpenProject) - Free not only for you but also for your mates (not like asana where you have free plan for one user) - Reports on email - Tasks on Projects - Reports on email

Cons:

- Need more advance task system (consider lists like in Assana or Dropbox Papper) - At this moment lack of support for Wunderlist/Assana/Trello

A free Gantt Chart for your projects

Pros:

In this tool I can monitoring the manuals and forms that I apply to the employees to know how are they developing their activities, I keep always on track of what are they doing and if the schedule is accomplished.

Cons:

In some aspects it looks very basics, for example I cannot add the value and expenses of every worker to measure our expenses in an specific activity.

nice tool, free version too few features

Comments: Sadly none,
as I used the free version and didn't get the exports needed for my final project.

Pros:

The tool itself is really nice and sleak looking. It offers most features you might need in the free version.

Cons:

A nice tool which didn't really help as free version though as it didn't have the exports I needed for my final project. In short it would be nice to have more export functions for free. Would have been one thing to grow me more attached to the software.
