The ultimate force multiplier

Comments: Great so far, and this is because of the 1:many impact using consensus can have with content across go to market teams. It's ease of use makes adoption of content creators high, and with the content in the library it is amazing to see the impact those pieces of content have on creating and advancing sales opportunities. Highly recommend!

Pros:

-Ease up Upload new Videos -Ease of sharing with leads/contacts -Visibility to video consumption, real-time -Re-use across go to market teams -Fairly quick to learn / create first video

Cons:

-limiting to share generically (as opposed to in context of a demo board). Would be nice to have a anonymous view mode. -video options a bit confusing at first (single vs standard vs advanced demos) -don't use the recording function much

Reduce your Sales Cycles

Comments: I have used Consensus as a selling tool at a couple different companies. Being able to send recorded demos to my prospects has led to reduced sales cycle times in multiple instances. In my current role, I run around 2 demos per day that last close to 2 hours – if I’m not able to get to everything I want to show in one session, I used Consensus demos as follow up materials. I get notifications when someone starts to watch, which signals that it is a good time to give them a call.

Pros:

What I like most about Consensus is that it allows you to potentially shorten your sales time and avoid multiple live demo's by having pre-recorded demos to send your prospects

Cons:

I dont really have anything bad to say about Consensus, it is very user friendly

If you're not using Consensus... GET ON IT!

Comments: Overall the experience with Consensus has been nothing short of amazing!

Pros:

the ability to personalize outreach to prospects/customers via recorded video demonstrations of product features/functionality.

Cons:

the ability not to have "tags" for multi-demo recordings sent to prospects. (if 2 demos have been sent to view, there is no header tag to showcase which demo is for which feature).. We have to wait until the individuals click each recording link to then identify what they are viewing.

Quickly get up and running with a great demo automation solution!

Comments: We've had a great experience implementing and using the solution. Also have had a great experience with their CSMs and Support team.

Pros:

We were able to quickly get up and running with the solution and had our first demos sent to prospects within a couple days. We've received multiple compliments from recipients of our demos that they "like the way that was presented." The ability to see if the recipients are watching and sharing your demo is great!

Cons:

The user interface is not all that intuitive, but not too bad once you figure it out.

Comments: Overall consensus has been nothing but helpful when it comes to the amount of time it has saved me, given that the library of videos is easily accessible.

Pros:

I think the best thing about Consensus is the fact that I can integrate it with Gmail and easily find what I need to share with my customers. The integration is great!

Cons:

I think customizing Demo Titles while in the integration was a bit harder than I expected. However, it was not the most difficult thing to figure out.

Consensus gives you more email engagement

Comments: I send Consensus videos all the time! This platform is easy to use and integrate into my daily routine and make emails more interesting for the receiver.

Pros:

I like that Consensus is easy to use whether is it on their website or within Salesforce. These demo videos make sending emails more fun!

Cons:

I don't like all of the options I have to fill in to send personalized demos, but I understand the necessity.

Great product, does what I need it to do

Pros:

The best thing about consensus is the integration with salesloft, the easy of use to be able to send a demoboard to a prospect immediately after getting off the phone with them is critical.

Cons:

Would like to put a disclaimer about this as I brought it to someones attention and there is a way around it, and I will have it fixed soon. But the way we have it currently set up we have to individually type in the prospects information and it can take a couple of minutes that are crucial when sending these videos out immediately after getting off the phone.

Consensus is a game changer

Overview of Consensus

Pros:

This is a great tool that is absolutely essential to our sales process. We often share recordings and demo's so this is a great sales enablement tool to help with our customers.

Cons:

In general Consensus is great, it would be useful to have some more intuitive navigation around the product for users who haven't accessed the system before so they don't need training to come in and create content themselves.

Easy To Use & Great Analytics

Pros:

Consensus team did a fantastic job of the art of story telling to help pitch the product as part of presales initiative. The demo's were crisp, to the point and helped put across the winning features of our products in the most effective way. We are able to hold customer's attention in our product demo's better and ensure we are doing the discovery cycle in the best way possible helping unearth the customers pain problems so our demo's aren't robotic but speaks how we can solve their problems effectively.

Cons:

Overall it is a very friendly and easy to use tool with a great UI

This product saves me time!

Pros:

Ease of use. I am one of the sales engineers, so I spend a lot of time on demos. This allows our prospects to see the solutions we offer, on their own time. This means I can spend my time doing more tailored demos!

Cons:

It takes a bit to setup but its fairly straightforward.

Comments: The implementation was super easy and we felt valued and supported by Consensus throughout the process. The tool is easy to use and includes video software so it's a really complete package. Love the tool and the support that we receive!

Pros:

Consensus is not only powerful, it's also intuitively designed so it's easy to learn and you can get productive quickly. The insights that come out of the tool are awesome, you can tell exactly what is important to your prospects and tailor your future communications around those points.

Cons:

I really don't dislike anything about Consensus, it's a great tool.
