Comments: I can only recommend. The onboarding is a big job but LogicMelon will do as much or as little as you want. All included in the cost.

Pros:

The customer service from any of the staff is outstanding. The system does what it needs to do but the staff make it easy to get help and solve any challenges.

Cons:

The dashboards are great day to day. There are many reports to download data from but can be a challenge to understand what reports to use for data. However, the support staff will run and export for you if you the task defeats you.

Comments: We had a brilliant experience with [sensitive content hidden] during the sales process while we were considering various options. Her friendly, down-to-earth and not super sales-y demeanour was definitely a factor in us choosing LogicMelon over other providers. The price is also very good, no hidden costs. The platform itself is intuitive, easy to get a hang of and get the team up and running. And the team are so friendly and helpful when it comes to answering queries, handling issues, etc. We always get a response very quickly to any emails we send.

Pros:

Ease of use, ongoing account management and service is great, quick responses to issues and queries, friendly team

Cons:

Issues with Bullhorn integration and parsing CVs more often than we'd like but it's always resolved in the end. The job advertising form misses a lot of fields from the various job boards - understand this is to streamline the advertising process but we've been advised that missing out some of these fields can have a negative impact on the number of applications we receive. (e.g. screening questions on Indeed, Remote Job tickbox on Reed)

Integration with our ATS consistently errors.

Pros:

The customer support is really great in terms of resolution and time to correct ongoing issues and overall requirements to begin using the platform was straight forward.

Cons:

The platform doesn't integrate well with our ATS and various job boards, we are still having to manually manipulate candidate data and consistently follow up on glitches.

Top Quality multi poster tool

Comments: A great multi poster tool - we have used for many years. Competitively priced and first class customer service.

Pros:

Easy navigation of the portal - making posting jobs so quick.

Cons:

I cannot fault Logic Melon - nothing springs to mind

Very hard to find any cons at all - 3rd party database searches can be interesting with new contracts but that tends to be with the job board end

Comments: Price is very reasonable. Service level is excellent.

Pros:

Ease of searching through resumes submitted and ability to post ads on several sites at once. We have used Logicmelon for about 10 years and we have renewed it yearly because it works great for us.

Cons:

The only dislike is the time between posting to Logicmelon and when the post actually show up on paid websites can be several hours.

Integrating it into our system was surprisingly simple. It gave us the power to set up and tweak branch structures as we pleased. Cons:

Not being able to have 2 user accounts open at one time.

Simple, easy-to-use ATS

Comments: Simple interface and customer service very responsive for any questions - including any silly ones!

Pros:

Simple, easy to use and manage and schedule posts.

Cons:

Still sometimes struggle finding names of applicants straight away - a search bar would be useful.

Huge time saver

Comments: Overall it's very good and I'm a happy customer. It's easy to use, reliable and intuitive which saves me oodles of time.

Pros:

Easily integrated with my ATS so it makes life so much easier, as well as saving me an astronomical amount of time.

Cons:

Updates on outstanding issues are slow ie the job board logos disappeared a couple of weeks ago, and no update has been forthcoming. I was also advised that I am using an old version of the system, and you were going to contact my ATS provider to see what could be done to upgrade me - I've heard no more since.

Best for deliveries

Pros:

This software is the best when it comes to tracking my packages. Used to go to the carriers site for every shipment but being able to do an all in one product is best for me because I have different carriers delivering my stuff weekly

Cons:

There isn’t a single thing bad I can say about this product.

Comments: Having been in the industry for over 11 years’, I have worked with a number of similar products, and the biggest benefit of working with Logic Melon, as well as it being a great product, has been the support and customer service we have received. The customer support team are knowledgeable, experienced and always go the extra mile and help with anything we need support with. You can tell that service is something they really care about, which is hugely important to me. I really enjoy working with Logic Melon and look forward to continuing our relationship with them as we continue to grow. I would recommend Logic Melon to anyone I speak to.

The product is very good, but the stand out feature for Logic Melon is the customer service. They have been incredibly helpful, supportive and are all very knowledgable about the product.

I really love their multi-board search feature wherein I can source for more candidates through various job boards. They also have a free job posting feature. It is every recruiter's dream!

Cons:

There are times that it is "laggy" but it only lasts for a few minutes. It's not going to affect your productivity for the day. Don't panic
