Preventive maintenance, ordering and ease to use

Cons:

This software needs to work offline and be updated when you got aceess to the internet. I believe this is a critical point particularly in the shipping industry or distribution on trcuk maintenance

Comments: for me, starting with this software is giving a positive felling of using it in our organization. the helpdesk is pro active and gives you no barrier to contact them.

Pros:

the program is easy to install and getting it live. even for small use.

Cons:

I don't know yet. I hope we are able to use the mobile app to also use the software online and out of the office.

Comments: I had the opportunity to use ManWinWi program in first version in May 2021 when I worked as a maintenance officer and manager of a giant drilling equipment workshop for a Greek company operating in Bucharest, Romania. Man winWin gave me powers and capabilities to control the maintenance program with high efficiency and record time. Excellent and detailed, Program. Giving you the opportunity to excel in your work. Also, one of the advantages of this program is that it is designed to deal with all levels. 1- When you are a beginner, you can use the main pages directly and write down all your data on them. It also gives you all the permissions to add any additional external files or invoices, images, etc. That facilitates your time and gives accuracy in dealing with saving time. Gradual and upgrading with the lack of time used. Really, I am one of the most admired users of this program. Because I had no previous experience. Advise everyone who works in the field of maintenance to try this program, even as a matter of experience, and I am sure that he will find in this program every need and increase. I thank everyone who designed this ManWinWin,soft ware, because they really contributed effectively to facilitating the work of maintenance officials and making their work more worthy. This is a program in which a lot of effort and experience has been made to reach this elegant form. My special thanks go to the designers of this Program .Sammy Ismail

Pros:

The very broad features of the software in terms of applicability. You can use it in many different types of industries and the asset registry features can accommodate for many different types of assets and the specifications clearly defined. It can also be installed locally and work where there is no internet connectivity temporarily. It suits different work environments. You can get the updates at a later time when you get back online.

Cons:

Product limited to user themes or preferences terms of visual accessibility or colours and fonts.

ManWinWin is desktop based software even though it has web based version but the feature is not complete as desktop based so it is difficult to implement to our company which has many sites separately.

Comments: I am happy and will congratulate every team member of Manwinwin for their excellent work.

Pros:

Definite pro is that for a mid level company this is the most inexpensive software one can use. It definitely takes time to learn but is useful nevertheless.Easy management of the equipment's in all the various sub-units we have.Easy scheduling and closing of work orders.

Cons:

Maybe it can be made more interactive and more companies should be involved. I have no idea the level of privacy one has. Is it sufficient to handle malware etc?

Create a full description of the equipment. Excel worksheets, with all information yha i need, for each equipment has become more easier and simple to use.

Difficult at first to enter the data.but then it becomes more intuitive and easy to manager.

Pros:

The ManWinWin software is a reference in the field of equipment maintenance. The implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans provide an excellent tool to support decision-making. The system based on traffic lights provides a real perspective on the fleet of equipment.

Cons:

The application for mobile devices could have more functionality, such as photographing equipment, with direct updates to the product sheet in the central database.

Whether it´s equipment, installations, teams or work processes.Here it´s better not to let a small problem grow in proportion.The right thing is for the problem to be identified or prevented before it happens.Having the right tools is crucial. Willingness is not enough and the essential is attitude.Constantly monitoring equipment, installations, teams or work processes can become a complicated tangle of webs if we are not properly supported.More than an application, the ManWinWin software is a tool to reduce bureaucracy and simplify proper maintenance.You can even use any other process but it will always be a transitory process which will lead us to ManWinWin.

Comments: ManWinWin is the software that allowed us to finally organize our maintenance. We had already tried using MS Excel, but we always ran into the complexity of making a lot of necessary records. This is not to mention the difficulties of having more than a colleague working on the same file.
With ManWinWin, it is enough for us to register the use of a material in a particular WO so that it is associated with the equipment and, if this material has left the warehouse, this movement is registered, and the stock corrected.
In addition, we have in just one software and a few clicks, all the data of a certain equipment, including its maintenance history, used at the same time by all the maintenance colleagues.

Comments: We are using ManWinWin since 2005 and, honestly, it has been a real pleasure working, in a daily basis, with this software. It help us a lot to analyze different maintenance parameters in such a way that, today, it´s completely impossible to work without it.
The program is very easy to use to everybody, which makes you completelly independent after the installation. The program offers a great analysis capabilities, with the possibility of creating your own KPI.
We recommend it 100%!

- Must improve Manwinwin Web so it can be more user friendly; - Permissions are not possible to customize as we need; - "Readings" tab don't work as they should work and are not mandatory; - Reports layout can´t be customize by the user; - If it's a MME (Measurement and Monitoring Equipment), the fields "Calibrations Status" and "Date", should me mandatory on the Work orders; - The "Preferences" must be improved in a way that we can define local, and not global preferences;

Comments: ManWinWin came as a solution to our spare part inventory. Rapidly it became an effective tool to decrease breakdowns and control all planned and unplanned interventions. It helped us to manage our list of spare parts suppliers and very fast it became a very complete maintenance manual guide, where technicians were able to introduce photos, videos and share any new situations.

Pros:

The preventive maintenance activities could be planned more easily and the results were clear when consulting the charts and reports. ManWinWin helped to re-define our preventive maintenance plan, decrease corrective maintenance actions and decrease costs. Given that it is a very intuitive tool, it was possible to gather all the departments in the company to take advantage of the use of ManWinWin. A plus of this software it’s its technical team support and fast answer to correct any issues or customize functionalities, which helped ManWinWin to be selected as the most useful tool in the company by all departments.

Comments: Our business has been growing over the last few years and this program will help us keep up with the maintenance. Customer service has been very helpful, when we needed it. I like the fact that the program can be downloaded for free and used with up to 100 items, it gives you a chance to sell it to your co-workers and the company owners with nothing more than a time investment.

Pros:

Overall seems to be well thought out. has some great features with scheduling and the ability to track almost everything. Has places to enter troubleshooting, which was a very important feature with me.

Cons:

Not a lot of instructions or an operations manual. Takes a little while to figure out a system and there is quite a bit of data entry. So if you are starting from ground zero. it will take some time.
