Comments: Overall we saved almost 40 manhours per day of work just by automating single process for accountants and management was absolutely delighted about that huge cost saving

Basic features for power automate comes free with Microsoft o365 plan and it has many things to do without purchasing licenses for more advance connectors licenses can be purchased

Cons:

Not very user friendly while designing complex automation need lot of reading

Holistic view of your flows

Pros:

I am currently still on a trial but it seems to so far to be doing what I need it to do which is to monitor all of my flows and showing weaknesses or vulnerabilities. I plan on testing the integrations next with Teams and SP.

Cons:

A little cumbersome to setup at the beginning. PAM reach out to the GA role to complete the setup.

Matches Its Name

Pros:

We found it via comparing several similar tools and loved the demo version, deciding to use for our most confusing workflows that were too heavy for other platforms.

Cons:

It is not easy to setup for unaccustomed user and requires practice.

Keep an eye on those Flows

Comments: Very good, I dont think the monthly cost warrants the benefits it would provide my business as I have a minimal amount of flows running. However a larger organisation would benefit from the structure and governance capabilities

simple and understandable overview of workflows , failed and successful processes, diagnostics on failed flows

steep learning curve initially, but once you get the hang of it , it is easy to see what is working and what is not

Comments: We wanted to connect a webform that was custom-built on our website to Teams so that whenever someone downloads it, we get a message on Teams. That worked very well and it helped to keep track of people and facilitated a simple CRM process.

Pros:

The way it helps to track different elements like webpages that are not hosted within Microsoft to connect to Microsoft applications like Teams is pretty good.

Cons:

Troubleshooting is a bit hard. If a flow does not work, it is hard to understand what went wrong if you are not from an IT background, making it harder to implement certain flows.

Cons:

Man hat sehr viele Features, in welche man sich erst gut einlesen muss und nicht alles selbständig machen kann.

Automatizar varias tarefas diarias de forma simples e eficiente.

Pros:

Interface simples de usar e com muitas funcionalidades, tornando tudo mais limpo na hora de visualizar as automações.

Cons:

A princípio não encontrei pontos negativos ainda.
